Minors and Brady Arvostelua

Fantastic service all round. Good understanding of my property needs, quick and professional viewing booking and Comms, easy to follow tenant vetting and referencing process, clear paperwork and quick key collection. I havent rented a property for 25 years so was apprehensive as to the process.....but no need, quick easy and moved in. Sam and the team were absolutely first class.

Brooklyn was the most personable and helpful estate agent I have delt with to date. A fantastic experience all thanks to him.

To Claire Wilson,
Thank you for your exceptional service.

Special thank you to Claire Wilson who supported us throughout the entire journey from the initial stages of the purchase right through to receiving the keys to our new home.

Buying a home can be a stressful and complicated process, but Claire was incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and approachable throughout. She kept us updated, answered all our questions, and was always there whenever we needed guidance or reassurance. Her excellent communication and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference and made the whole process feel much smoother.

We truly appreciate all the time and effort Claire put in to support us and make our home-buying journey as positive as possible.

A big thank you to Claire❤️

This was our first experience of using a management company and so far I cant fault anything. They have been polite, helpful and knowledgeable from the start. Advice has been clear and concise. Friendly throughout and they have given us some confidence in the minefield of lettings. I must give Samual Carpenter a special mention. He was our main contact throughout. He was attentive and thorough, whilst maintaining a friendly approach.

Claire Wilson has been an exceptional agent who helped with throughout the entire house purchase process. She guided me, kept me up to date and addressed every little concern I had. It was a real pleasure to work with her and I want to say a huge thank you for all the hard work you put in for me to get the dream home. Thank you Claire and whole team at Minors and Brady!

Very happy with how professional Minors & Brady have been with my sale. Jessica Kemp has kept me updated throughout.

Aysegul was brilliant for our house move. She was professional and highly organised. Her excellent communication skills kept us informed and you knew everything was in hand.

I currently rent out a property with the support from Minors and Brady. Holly Starks in particular has been extremely helpful and supportive, going above and beyond just to make things easier when possible. I'm truly grateful - Holly is an asset to the team

I highly recommend Minors & Brady, Norwich.
Connie is very approachable and supportive. The communication was prompt, and the agency kept in touch regularly with updates.

Minors and Brady have done a fantastic job selling our house but we can’t thank Claire Wilson enough for pushing it over the line. It was a difficult onward purchase but Claire was very helpful with communication with the chains above and below and relating information to us and giving it the push it needed! Once again thanks to the team.

Claire Wilson has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been professional and conscientious and has provided weekly updates as the sale of the property in Norwich has progressed. I would highly recommend Minors and Brady. Thank you Claire for all your advice and assistance.

Luke is amazing—very understanding, professional, and helpful throughout the rental process. His communication and service were excellent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free rental experience.

Jessica went above and beyond when my impending sale fell through and was so supportive that the stress of this was minimised. We quickly found a second buyer and despite conveyancing challenges which again were helped by Jessica's timely interventions I was able to finish the sale effectively and with goodwill. Thank you Minors and Brady!

Nagilla was excellent throughout the experience of buying our first house. Always friendly, helpful and efficient. She was responsive and often chased our solicitors when they were hard to get hold of. We couldn't have asked for a better service.

Dealing with the legal professionals has been an harrowing experience. However, with the help of the aftersales person (Anya) she was able to put thing into easier terms for us to understand.

Brooklyn was very helpful during the moving process and throughout the whole of the application.
