Minors and Brady Arvostelua

This company did an excellent job selling our house and then chasing up solicitors etc to make sure it went smoothly.

We can’t recommend them enough

I viewed a flat today with Connor, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was friendly, professional and took the time to show me everything, making sure all my questions were answered. He made the whole viewing process feel comfortable and straightforward, and I really appreciated how helpful he was throughout.

A big thank you to Connor for making such a positive first impression. I would definitely recommend Minors & Brady based on my experience today!

We have been thoroughly impressed with the service Minors and Brady have given us from start to finish. They have handled both our sale and purchase with excellent communication and patience. We would like to thank everyone and mention in particular Adelaide Overy who sealed the final deal! But heartfelt thanks to the whole team who has helped us along the way...Lloyd, Abbie, Bea, Matthew, Karol, Aidan, Finlay... the list goes on!

Sarah at Minors and Brady has been incredible in securing my new home. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done. Thank you so much again, Grace

We are very thankful to Lauren from Minors & Brady for her kindness, gentleness and efficiency showing us around our choice of properties. We had a specific list of requirements, of which was taken into account.
Lauren was exceptionally approachable and we felt at ease with her. There was no awkwardness (which we had felt with another company); the viewing was perfect, we were able to look with ease and time to take it in. We were not rushed and we fell in love with the property.
Lauren took care of us well and we now look forward to completing all necessary paperwork in the purchase of our new home.
We highly recommend Minors & Brady for home hunting.

I am writing these reviews special for Jessica Kemp. She helped me a lot with a very difficult sale and I don’t have enough words to say her THANK YOU for her help.

Lloyd was very a pleasant man , he was on time, and very patient. He gave helpful advice and knowledge .

Excellent service from Sam Carpenter. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout our tenancy process, assisting us with the tenancy agreement, payments, and any questions we had. We really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him!

Can’t recommend enough, Maddie R was brilliant. Made everything move so smoothly, always happy to help with whatever I needed. Making buying my first home so much easier!

Steve was very friendly helpful and really listened to what I am looking for

All the staff we've dealt with have been very friendly and polite. Adelaide was very patient and helpful in negotiations, happy to offer any advice required and highly professional and efficient in processing the memorandum of sale within 24 hours.

I sold my house and bought another home and Aysegul Capti has been great all the way.She kept in contact with me to keep me updated on everything what was going on.She has been a star .
Thankyou Aysegul for all your hard work it has been a pleasure

I have viewed a couple of homes with minors and Brady and every time they have been really helpful and got back to me really quick. Ive met Connor at the homes a couple of times now and he's really polite and answers any questions ive had. Would definitely recommend this company to others x

Amazing customer service from the whole team when I sold my last property and bought my new one a couple of years ago. I asked for a re-valuation and Karol provided me with spot-on service! He is extremely polite, has insightful knowledge and was patient and clear explaining the market climate to me. A credit to the team- thanks Karol.

M&B were very professional and efficient in securing a probate sale for me - producing good quality images of the property, compelling marketing materials, a regular pattern of viewings and ultimately a price i was happy with. All handled with care and sensitivity by Liam and the team.

Claire Wilson was extremely helpful in guiding us through the purchase of our property which at times was rather stressful. She liaised regularly with all the other parties concerned and always kept us up to date on matters. Nothing wax scoop much trouble tomher

I cannot speak highly enough of Stuart and the team at the Bury St Edmunds branch. From our initial meeting to the successful completion of the project, they were outstanding in every respect, delivering excellent service and achieving everything within 14 weeks.

Claire Wilson provided truly outstanding after-sales support. Her communication, professionalism, and willingness to help were second to none, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Her service was genuinely flawless.

I fell in love with a property and in less than a week Minors & Brady sorted out so much stuff so quickly for me! I am a first time buyer so I wasn't entirely sure about a lot of things, but they helped me as much as they could. Highly recommend them

Isobel was very friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated it, that she took her shoes off and asked potential tenants to do the same as tenants were still living at the property. Very smartly dressed and professional.

I cannot recommend Minor & Brady highly enough!

From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. I genuinely felt that they cared about me as a customer and wanted to achieve the very best outcome for me, rather than simply seeing me as another sale.

Their communication and follow-up were outstanding. At no point did I ever have to chase them for anything — they were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and making sure everything was progressing as it should. The whole process was completed in just 8 weeks, which was fantastic.

As I live a long distance away from the property I was purchasing, I was initially concerned about how easy the process would be to manage remotely. However, I felt completely secure and confident that everything was in safe hands, and Minor & Brady made the whole experience incredibly straightforward and stress-free.

When I finally popped into the shop to collect the keys, the whole team were so friendly and welcoming. Although I had never actually met Stuart personally, he jumped up and greeted me like an old friend, which really summed up the warm and personable approach of the whole team.

Minor & Brady are a young, professional, enthusiastic and genuinely caring team, and it was a pleasure to have them handle my purchase.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Fantastic service from beginning to end!
