Fantastic customer service
Need to return a pair of boots and Kayley helped me find another pair that was more suited. Kayleh was very kind, polite and did get customer service. Praise where praise is due.

Amazing staff
Such great service from the lads in the shop! We come in a couple of times a year for the essentials and always leave happy.
They’re chatty and genuinely interested in what you’re doing or where you’re going.
Myself and partner were climbing Snowdon for the first time and they gave really helpful tips.
Will be back in a few weeks for some more bits for our summer camping trips.

I was in Millets with my dad looking…
I was in Millets with my dad looking for the supplies, equipment and kit that I needed in order to do my bronze Duke of Edinburgh. We had already had a look online to get a rough idea on what we were going to get especially at first aid kits. The one that we had initially found online we could not seem to find in store. Damon came over and asked whether we needed any help and continued to help us get the rest of the kit that I needed. He not only showed us what he’d recommend but also showed us the good quality stuff, cheaper stuff and of benefits of each item he showed us. Overall he was very good and had great customer service.

I have been coming to this shop for…
I have been coming to this shop for years. The service just doesn’t feel as good and the level of care seems to have changed over time as a customer. On a couple of occasions I’ve turned up only to find it shut, which is quite frustrating and not what you’d expect.
That said, there are still some good deals to be found, which is a positive.

Needed some new hiking boots!
I popped in to check out the hiking boots as my old 1’s were leaking.
Dan helped me with picking a real good pair out. He let me try on a few pairs & bosh around the shop in them haha
Got a pair of Merrel’sin the end (on sale)-so comfy & really light compared to my other boots. So defo appreciated the help in choosing them, thanks again Dan 👍🏻
Also been on a walk with them, lots of puddles/mud etc & came home with dry feet woo hoo!! Super happy 😉
