Ordered and not delivered and no contact number to chase
I ordered some items and they sent them by Evri. They did not arrive and needless to say neither Evri or Midland flags have contact numbers for anyone to speak to.
I sent emails- nothing
I chased = nothing
Now trying to get a refund and that is also proving a challenge although what I really want what I ordered, so the show I am attending will now not have the stands we asked for. Absolutely appalling service and even though they are cheaper, I would avoid and go somewhere that knows how to run a business!
They told me to return the goods at MY exspense and would not refund the delivery cost (albeit less than £5) but its the principle. It has eventually arrived having had to spend half a day chasing and then a load of emails from them trying to justify delivery times etc when they realised it was going public, but its interesting that they have not even bothered to make a public apology or maybe set up a contact number when there are issues. Taking all future business both personal and business elsewhere as its clear they are not valuing the customer and not interested in trying to help in any meaningful way. Find someone else to provide it, there are plenty of good firms but don't use them if they use Evri (assuming you want what was ordered on time)

So anyone reading has the full picture. The order was placed on a Tuesday using a 2-5 working day delivery service. Next day delivery was available at checkout and was not selected. We despatched the order on time and it was still well inside the quoted window when you first contacted us on the Friday, which was also the day you needed the goods. That was the first we knew of any deadline. By then there was nothing we could do to bring the delivery forward, because we were being told on the day itself rather than at any point in the three days beforehand. The goods were delivered that same day regardless.
On the conduct, our staff were subjected to sustained abuse by email, including bragging about making £200 an hour, from someone who had declined to pay a few pounds for the next day service that would have solved the problem. An immediate refund was demanded and we were told the delivery would be rejected on arrival. It was not rejected. The goods were accepted and kept.
We have taken the decision not to supply this customer again.
If a delivery is date critical, please get in touch before ordering. We offer next day services and can work to a deadline when we know about it in advance.

complete waste of time, ordered a flag on 3 june, order confirmation said 5-7 days, it had not arrived so chased on 20th June, flag needed for 25th June, tried the website chatbot, it said a member of their team would contact me, they didnt, No telephone number to ring on their website, so e-mailed, reply said they could'nt supply until some time next week commencing 29 june, did'nt even give me a delivery date, what extremely poor service, found them with an internet search, says they are the biggest online seller of flags, SHAMBLES

Amazing Service!
I ordered a NHS flag last Monday and it arrived at my place of work in Invergordon in the Highlands on the Tuesday!! What's not to love about that kind of service? Absolutely thrilled with this speedy delivery of a fabulous product. Thanks so much, Highly recommend this website :-)
