I am writing this review to warn international consumers and the reenactment community about the severe lack of professionalism and deceptive commercial practices of this merchant.

In June 2026, I placed an online order totaling £282.33 (including shipping) under Order #MN-16929. Upon receiving the parcel, I discovered one item was missing. While the merchant eventually processed a partial refund of £45.99 for the missing item, he subjected me to unprovoked, shocking verbal harassment via email, explicitly writing: "Will refund, I suggest you get a life rather than get disappointed knobhead."

Furthermore, due to the substandard quality of a portion of the remaining items, I legally exercised my statutory right under UK law to return those specific items and request a partial refund of £76.97. The returned items were successfully delivered back to the merchant via tracked postage on 7 July 2026 (Royal Mail tracking: CG019256833TW).

To evade his refund obligation, the merchant initially engaged in deliberate deception by falsely denying receipt of the parcel on 8 July. Only after I provided definitive tracking screenshots on 9 July did he admit holding the goods, promising an immediate refund. However, as of today, no refund has been processed for the £76.97 worth of returned goods. The merchant is unlawfully retaining both the stock and my funds.

I have already filed a formal report with the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and initiated a formal credit card charge back dispute through my bank. Do not trust this business. They lack basic commercial integrity and respect for consumers.

Don't buy ANYTHING from these people their scammers

I ordered a SA brownshirt top and a kepi hat to go with it and I am pleased with them. Packaged well and protected, with order info inside. After reading the reviews, I was certainly concerned about my order, believing I have just lost money, but the items are good.

I foolishly sent these aresholez £115 last week for K98 webbing. I got a parcel last week and then noticed the k89 pouches where out of stock. Looking at the items I was very dismayed at the cheap Chinese copies. So I decided to ask to cancel my order and refund me.. I asked twice via email to cancel as I was very unhappy with the quality sent. These emails went unanswered do today 4 days later txted asking to cancel & refund me atleast for the pouches paid for and noticed received. So here I came to leave a review & see many other ppl have been scammed.. ill also be leaving a Google review and may very well pay them a visit in person.

I ordered hat and pin online and thought everything was as expected. The online order form has 5 sizes listed with 60 listed as the largest for a hat. Later i get a stuffy email that says I only have a single size much smaller than you expected take it or leave it. I asked for a discount since I would need to adapt the hat to fit. I was told go away go elsewhere then and my entire order was cancelled hat and pin. The website was not even updated to state the limited sizes. Seems like a scam. Bad customer service and seemingly fraudulent business. IF you don't want to sell me the hat you should still honor the purchase of the pin or just seems like a waste of my time and all the back and forth with international commerce.

Be aware of this scammers! Bought 09.04 2025 2 Hitler jugend coasters for over £34 and after 4 weeks nothing arrived yet...no answers to emails either... order still On hold!! You have been warned!! Order #MN-13625
