Ich habe versucht über den Store Halo herunterzuladen (126GB). Einmalig startet es. Am nächsten Tag gibt es Fehlermeldungen, dass nicht genügend Speicher auf Datenträger C vorhanden ist, obwohl das Spiel nicht auf diesem Datenträger installiert ist. Die Felder erneut versuchen und abbrechen sind beide ohne jegliche Funktion. Mir blieb nichts anderes über, als über die Systemsteuerung alles zu deinstallieren, obwohl sämtliche Daten vorhanden sind... Müsste alles nun erneut herunterladen. Nein danke.

Tut euch einen Gefallen und benutzt Steam.

Franchement, c'est une catastrophe. Après quatre mois d'attente pour télécharger un jeu, la frustration est immense. À plusieurs reprises, des achats disparaissent sans explication, nous forçant à tout racheter. C'est inadmissible ! L'expérience est tout simplement désastreuse et je ne recommande absolument pas. Un service aussi mauvais mérite d'être entièrement revu. Un vrai cauchemar pour les utilisateurs.

Microsoft refund policies are hot trash.
They will deny almost every refund request so long as you have installed the product.
Shady practice and poor business strategy.

I bought a game on the Microsoft Store, but I couldn't use it because when verifying my account, it crashes and gives an error saying that I'm not connected to the internet. That's why I'm writing this review without having access to the internet.

I purchased Office 2021from the MS Store and when trying to use it I got a message that the product key had been used too many times...... Really?
Then I was told to call them and was put on hold forever. What lousy service! Google products work flawlessly in the meantime.

CONS:
- Slow
- Terrible UX
- Crashes often
- Causes the windows explore to crash

PROS:
+ none that I could think of.
+ It is such a stupid, annoying and bad software, and it is enforced in such a violent way by Microsoft, that it makes the Edge look like a fun browser.

Worst customer service in history! Cheapest bots keep you in perpetual cycles of unhelpful links to forums. The call me feature leaves you on hold for 5 minutes AFTER they call you. Never connect you to the right department. Takes HOURS for simple resolution. Do NOT keep a card on file with this company

Ho comprato un surface pro direttamente dal sito. Ti promettono sconti del 20% più altre cose che non scrivo in dettaglio. Poi prelevano dalla carta di credito l' importo intero. Dopo ore (!) di ricerche e telefonate finalmente riesco a parlare con una persona fisica (e non un risponditore automatico). Nessuno ovviamente si ricorda più degli sconti promessi e dopo innumerevoli lotte sono riuscito ad ottenere uno sconto del 10%

Absolut schlecht. Werde automatisch auf die US-Seite umgeleitet, kann nicht bezahlen. Dann kann ich später meinen Account nicht verifizieren. Kauf im Store unmöglich. Mir ist selten solch ein unfunktionaler und umständlicher Haufen Mist untergekommen. Absolut schlecht!

Kann bezahlte Spiele nicht mehr runterladen. In diesem Fall ist es Batman: Arkham City! Das ist doch verdammter Betrug. Vor Jahren auf der XBox 360 gekauft und plötzlich funktioniert der Download aus meinem Download-Verlauf der gekauften Spiele nicht mehr...Statuscode 800700E8. Bei anderen Spielen jedoch schon. Wohin verschwinden unsere Spiele??? Im Internet gibt es unendlich viele Leute, die dieses Problem auch haben. Mit diversesten Spielen, aber immer diesem Fehlercode. Und Microsoft tut absolut nichts, um das zu beheben. Geld kassiert und das wars. Sowas gehört vor Gericht, das ist doch Diebstahl!

No downloads, just ridiculously endless loading of apps that are impossible to stop. What is the meaning of all this! I WANT to know the meaning of why all thisis happening. I worked hard to pay for some of those apps. I've tried everything but the same problem keeps occuring. TBH if this continues, Microsoft Store is going to downhill at high speed! Really guys, I expect better than this. I have plenty of wifi connection and there is nothing wrong with our internet, connection is stable. This is just an utter waste of time. Come on guys! Please up your game, we can't be having this in 2024! Not happy! No 5 stars until this issue is resolved once and for all!

Nothing downloads at a decent speed if it downloads at all. Constant stopping and starting, don't have this issue downloading with any other client. How the hell has Microsoft been around this long when they can't even figure out how to duplicate and transfer files?

La tienda de windows 10 y la de windows 11 es lo peor que vi en mi vida. Es tan amigable como una piedra. Una basura. El que la ideo debe ser ciego.

Honorable .This is totally unacceptable. I paid for a product and it was never delivered. It even shows that the product was never shipped to my house and to a different address than the one that it was ordered on. I did not change the shipping address. I have contacted fedex and they told me to contact you. This is totally unacceptable, I have been on the phones with you since day one of this showing my concern. This needs to be fixed with a refund. I will be calling everyday for this to get resolved and I have never had this bad of an experience with any item or company.

Tellement déçu de ne pas avoir vu ce Trustpilot avant... Ca m'aurait éviter beaucoup de problèmes.

Problème technique avec la dernière Surface Laptop. Passons le problème de livraison avec UPS. Le clou du spectacle reste le retour, le retour est effectué dans la journée avec l'étiquette de retour. Puis le suivi UPS n'avance plus après vu le format du carton qui fait comprendre que c'est un ordinateur (exactement le même qu'à l'aller...) Le colis a été "perdu" apparemment. Pas de chance et la commence les discussions avec le support l'enquête UPS est en cours depuis plus d'un mois et 1800€ sont dans la nature en attendant. Le support qui parle à moitié français et qui dit qu'il suit les dossier alors que c'est complétement faux et que le "process avance".

Comme beaucoup le disent : acheter sur Amazon.

When i try to download games on microsoft store the download is so slow, on steam and epicgames my normal download is 100mbs but on microsoft store it is 1mbs and it takes like 10hour just to download 60gb games. i have tried evere thing i can imagine and still dont work.

Aucun retour immédiat pour téléchargement ni par la suite. Pour réclamer appeler le N° 970019090, ne figure pas dans les possibles . Par Tchat j'ai eu un contact avec Microsoft store et un numéro de dossier réclamation, sans suite. Mon compte microsoft ne contient trace d'aucune commande, En prévision d'une arnaque j'ai fait opposition à ma carte bleue qui a été changée.
