very bad support.. if u get scammed, they won't help u to get refund in anyway.. take care to stay away from microsoft & xbox

if i could give it 0 i would. when you sign in and get your password wrong it says to try again. then when you get it right it says there was an error something went wrong but downloads the thing you are going for. this thing is a piece of poo and should have a lot of work put into it.

Les applications ou jeu s'installe la ou elle veule ( disque C: ) sans demander si on est d'accord ou non histoire de saturer le disque windows. De ce fait je modifie le chemin dans les paramètre pour ne pas saturer le disque ( disque D: ) j'installe donc une application (shapr3d) et je cherche son exécutable pour faire un raccourcit mais aucun dossier ou fichier ne possède ne serait ce que 'shapr' dans tout le disque D:, je fait donc ma recherche dans le disque C: que j'avait interdit dans le paramètre de Microsoft Store et je le trouve dans mon disque C:. De plus j'avais bien cocher l'option pour qu'il me demande ou je veux l'installer ce qu'il n'a pas fait . conclusion je vais installer linux

But one of them could be that when i press download IT ACTUALLY DOWNLOADS THE APP I WANT ? OR MAYBE THAT WHEN I ASK TO SEE THE DOWNLOAD PROGRESS IT SHOWS ME THE ACTUAL PROGRESS NOT SOME TINY 12x12 CIRCLE THAT FILLS UP AT THE PACE OF A HANDICAPED SNAIL ? The Microsoft store fails at everything it has been made for, and even fails at the things it hasn't been made for. Please someone save us of this era of private software.

Ich habe am 27.11.24 direkt über den Microsoft-Store Windows 11 Home gekauft. Erhalten habe ich nichts, keine Tracking-Daten nichts dergleichen. bei UPS habe ich dann gelesen, das die Ware angeblich am 12.12. zurück ging. Wie bitte? Ich habe die ja nicht mal erhalten? Der Support hat mich zu UPS verwiesen, da gibt es offensichtlich kein Support. Also bin ich zurück zu Microsoft und habe die Rückabwicklung beantragt.
Keine Infos dazu erhältlich. Vom Support bin ich gesperrt worden und werde immer wieder zu einer Website verwiesen. Nie wieder Käufe bei Microsoft. Bei PayPal habe ich das Problem gemeldet, das Geld werde ich wohl in den Wind schreiben können. Es wird Zeit um Linux zu Testen.

Einfach erklärt,wer soll das bezahlen wer hat so viel Geld.
Die Qualität der Flugzeuge ist teilweise sehr schlecht.
Ich bereue den Kauf des Flugsimulator egal welche Version.
Deutlich zu spüren hier will man nur Kasse machen!!!

Refund policy is a joke, "Significant amount of time" apparently means any time and "Limited number of returns per year" is apparently Zero. Attempted to return game after having for 2 days, initially refused on basis that I had too many refunds already, 0... there is no appeal possible to this decision. Contact customer service, who say no refund due to having used the game at all. Terrible service, and I am pretty sure illegal.

Achat d'une Surface Pro avec clavier, neufs, sur Microsoft Store.
Réception de deux petits cartons qui se baladent dans un grand carton, sans aucune bulles ni protection.
Clavier reçu défectueux (Bluetooth et rétroéclairage ne fonctionnent pas), des heures à discuter avec un SAV non francophone et totalement incompétent, pour conclure à un remplacement.
Puis des semaines pour recevoir un bon de retour.
Puis des consignes pas claires, contradictoires, parfois en anglais, délais de réponse trop longs...
À ce stade, échange toujours en attente, car ils me proposent de me renvoyer un clavier d'occasion en remplacement de mon clavier neuf.
Comment une entreprise comme Microsoft peut-elle fournir un SAV aussi minable (et illégal !) ?

Je vous déconseille d acheter sur Microsoft Store. le sav est inexistant et ne respecte pas la législation en vigueur quand aux conditions de garantie en invoquant de fallacieuses raisons. Ils sont d ailleurs incapable de poser un diagnostique fiable.

Jeg vil ikke anbefale at købe noget i Microsoft Store. For det første på den ene af mine konti var betaling afvist, da PayPal kontoen var slettet, naturligvis, men det hjalp IKKE at skifte kort, og kunne ikke slette ordren. Har nu fjernet alle kortene på den konto. Går til min anden konto og FORUDBESTILLER MSFS2024 som udkommer den 19. november! Jamen det er i dag!!!! og pludselig står der på kontoen, at jeg ikke har foretaget køb inden for de sidste tre måneder, selvom betalingen tydeligvis er gået igennem, og jeg har fået e-mailbekræftelse på dette. I e-mailen står der at ordren er tilgængelig den 19. november! Jamen endnu engang DET ER I DAG.
Jeg fik besked som anført, men på Store hjemmesiden stod der at jeg ikke havde købt noget de sidste 3 måneder!?
Tilfældigvis kiggede jeg lige på min anden konto, hvor alle betalingskort var fjernet, og der var min ordre: Betalt!
Det tog så KUN 1-2 timer at finde ud af hvordan jeg skulle downloade programmet.

Laptop besteld via de MS store en natuurlijk weer UPS die het naar de knoppen helpt zoals altijd. Vruchteloos gezocht naar een contactpagina maar tevergeefs. Uiteindelijk gebeld en belofte dat ze me zelf gingen terugbellen. Niet gebeurd. We zijn maar een klein bedrijfje maar we gaan terug naar Apple. Daar ben je als klant wel welkom.

On the rare occasion it works, it's awful. Slow, crashes. Why microsoft are trying to compete with the likes of the play store and apple store baffles me if this is their attempt.

Pre-ordered the series x 2tb console rang up and constantly got outsourced staff that don't know there job rolls and think they are the be all and end all when wanting to make a complaint, I really don't know who trains these people but that person needs sacking, disgusting customer service, I've been a customer since 1998 and I've never been treated so poorly. I urge all customers to avoid this section of Microsoft.

Microsoft's idea of progress is going backward.Yesterday, I purchase one time license of Office 2024 - so I thought!. To make a purchase, I logged in more than 16 times received as many pass codes and resets played countless robot game (despite the fact that I had passkey and should have used my fingerprint on the computer). Finally after downloading the Office I noted that it's Office 365 they have given me. I wouldn't touch Office 365 with a barge board, so not only they are stupid and rubbish in their service, they are crooks too (if behaving like one they must be one)
