I am very happy with the service and support I have had from Micron 21, I have called the tech service team on a range of issues and they are always kind and helpful, particularly as I am not an IT person and probably ask some dumb questions. They have resolved every issue I have had and always check back with me to make sure that my problem is resolved.

I constantly get reminders for upcoming payment deadlines when all my payments are st to auto pay.
This is VERY FRUSTRATING and leads me to ignore most correspondence from Micron21. Which probably means I miss emails that I ACTUALLY NEED TO READ.

Are you able to send me only emails that relate to important business matters please?
ie: Can you please stop sending reminders for payments which I took the trouble to set up specifically TO PAY MICRON21 ON TIME - EVERY TIME!
