Stay away from Micron 21 - server dodgy and techies never help

so if you go with Micron 21 be prepared to fork out big bucks for one of the Geeks guys to help you - around every six months - when the Micron 21 server fails to work and the tech guys tell you its all your fault, until you get one techie to talk to my guy - with me footing the bill!

Couldn't ask for a better experience

Couldn't ask for a better experience; great communication from everyone involved, the sales team actually knew their product, the technical team did a great job migrating our service, and accounts were very prompt setting up direct debit. Somehow very affordable as well?! Would recommend!

Support

Micron21 are always fast to respond to calls and queries. Their staff also have the skills and knowledge to fix things. My recent call involved delegating domains from my hosting site to Shopify which was resolved very promptly.

Bounce

They were prompt in replying to my enquiry of "email bouncing" within a couple of hours. After obtaining additional information, they supplied me with the tools to resolve the issue and held my hand at every step of the way. They were very patient, polite and courteous and even offered to resolve the issue over the weekend!

Best Web Hosting!

Micron21 are super prompt with all their services and help. I've been with them for a few years now and I'm always impressed with how quickly they answer your help requests and get your issues sorted out.
The people you deal with are actual technicians that know what they are talking about and their language is clear, consise and and easy to understand. They are definitely not just tele-help people following scripts that are so ubiquitous these days.
Micron21 are also very reasonably priced!
