i purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse. It received the item with out documattation, I inserted the wireless receiver and my computer would not recognize the device.

Emailed tech support and waited over 24 hours for someone name Jinko to respond and he wants me to describe the problem. What a joke.

I have been ordering from Meritline for a very, very long time. Great inks and never a problem with the generics.
On my last order I was one cartridge short for whatever reason. Sent an email and told them my order was short and not to worry as it would be expensive to just send one cartridge. Less than 2 hours later they sent email and replied they were sorry and the cartridge would be sent out which I received today !!!!!

Meritline is amazingly good. They have prices on unique items that I use all the time in my video production business. All types of computer items. And they have the lowest prices I have seen, especially in their email sales message which I get almost daily. Some of the bigger tiems come from a warehouse in the US (CA) and other come straight from China. I always take advantage of free shipping (on every item, even if I buy just one small connector!). Sure, when it comes from China it might take 10 days, but that has never been an issue because nothing is needed all that fast. And Meritline if upfront about shipping times. There are other shipping options but FREE SHIPPING on everything in the sale email is too hard to pass up. And the quality of everything is perfect. I had one problem with a DVI monitor cable having the wrong pin configuration (my fault when ordering), so a simple call got a new one on the way and they did not even want the other one back. Perfection in on-line selling!!!!!!

I would highly recommend this to everyone lookin to buy replacement ink cartridges for their printer. It's price very reasonable an is an exact replacement cartridge for original ones.plus they lasted longer than the first set i bought that were factory brand.

This is a company that is one of only a few that I take the tim to review their offerings regularly. I have bought from them times. Don't assume that they have the best price sometimes they are way off. Often their prices are absolutely great. The product descriptions are not necessarily accurate so be sure that you know what you are buying. If they have one real problem it is in packaging. If anything comes to you in a box it will probably be crushed and torn because they do not pack their items they simply throw them in a box along with minimal packing material. So why do I keep buying from them? Because when they are great they are really great. Most often they are very good to great. I recommend them but "Caveat Emptor". On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a solid 7.5.

After a friend mentioned Meritline.com to me over 7 years ago, I have been a loyal customer ever since, probably with over 50+ purchases. The best deals come via email, with coupon codes and often have free shipping. The coupon codes are limited, either by the amount of time, or, a set amount (i.e. quantity) have been sold. The shipping speeds usually vary from "good" to "really good", and there has only been a few occasions where some products had pretty "slow" shipping speed. Not that I need them to be, but because these are not commercial-grade products, they are priced accordingly (and, are perfect for my applications). There has been only a few returns, and Meritline.com did their best to resolve the issues, either with a full refund or store credit one time (as I was past the allotted 'return' period). Final consensus is, with decent products, superb prices, excellent deals, often free shipping, and a solid team of people to back it all up, Meritline.com is doing it right. Overall, Meritline.com is a great company!

Lowest price around, good product for a refurbished model. Shipping was a little slow to Virginia but otherwise it was a smooth transaction.

I have used Meritline for years to buy replacement ink toner cartridges for my Canon inkjet printers. They are VERY affordable and work perfectly. The one time I received a non-working cartridge, Meritline replaced if for free. I trust their products enough that I tell my kids to use them for their printers!

Got what I ordered, pretty quickly, and it works. I only bought toner cartridges, so far, but will use them again, until disappointed.

I obviously like this company because I've been buying stuff from them for years now and haven't had a problem.
If you get their emails you can get extra savings and most of the time free shipping.
Those reviews that complain about shipping time might not have realized that if the product ships from China if can take several weeks to arrive.

I placed a rush order on a product on 8/12/2014 at 9:33 am EST. Paid 70+ dollars for next day and rush handling. On 8/12/2014 6:30 pm est I recieve a emial stating that my order was cancalled: cannot be fulfilled. I called talked to a rep and they stated that they are out of the product. As of 8/13/2014 9:43 am EST the product (SKU 102-614-100) is still showing in stock.
You would think that if a customer places and pays extra for rush service and SH that they may need the product asap, and that if Meritline was not able to fulline they would let you know if time to go elsewhere.

I ordered DVDs from Meritline and I was pleasantly surprised when the order showed up the very next day. But when I opened the shipping box, it was full of loose discs that had broken out of their plastic wrappers during shipment. This shipment had absolutely no protective cardboard at the corners of the box or between the individually sealed packs of discs. Throw in a little rough handling during shipment, and the 5 out of the 8 packs broke open. Many of the discs were scratched up or kicked on the edges making them unusable.

I bought a 25 pack TDK DVD+R (DL), the price was really good. The package was delivered after a few days. Maybe the shipping price was a bit too high.

Wow. they say you can return something within 30 days. I emailed them because I wanted to return the product... it was not packaged properly and came damaged, and it overall did not meet my quality expectations. I can see past the damage and quality issues to some extent, but the icing on the cake was that the item took a non-standardized battery that was hard to find. So I decided I really wanted to return it, since it was not practical for me to really use it.

I emailed them, and their response was that we can issue you an instore credit. I was thinking, wow this is great -- I won't even have to go through the hassle of mailing it back! Then, the credit came and it was for $2. What is that crap!?? Are you joking? The Item was over $10. I'm not satisfied.

I also just want to comment on their response time. All of this correspondence occurred over email. I have emailed other companies and received responses back fairly quickly (within 24 hours). Typically, Meritline's response time is 2 days. Just FYI.

Don't buy anything from them with the expectation that it will be high quality or with the expectation that you can return it. Their website should say all sales are final. My loss was only $8... just be cautious.
