This company cost me money as it took 10 days to get hold of them to cancel policy . Once I got hold of them they told me I had to email them to cancel policy as they only had one person in office and they couldn't do everything. Once I emailed they took it from day i emailed so cost me money. If they had answered their phone at first call they would have owed me money. Avoid at all costs

This is more likely a bunch of crooks and not an insurance company. I had to pay with bank transfer so I could't get my money back, just ruthless people really and they won't listen to anything you have to say. I wasted so much time and money that I feel exhausted and depressed now. Please consider it very carefuly if you think of using them.

They will take your deposit money and you'll never see it again. They ask for a large 30% deposit upfront via bank transfer. They then canceled my insurance and gave me the run around for weeks pretending they would sort out a refund. But I got nothing. They will keep your money be warned!

There is no mistake in this review, I took out a motor trade insurance policy with you, policy number PPDMT1630363

You took a £600 deposit and canceled the policy within 28 days, I spoke to the insurance company who said that they received no funds from Mercury Insurance (the broker), I complained to you about this fact but you did not hear my complaint and kept the funds regardless. I was left uninsured and £600 out of pocket. If you want to put this right refund the money that you kept.
