I ordered a pendant, per their instruction I cancelled the order within 12 hrs of the order. I received an email asking for an explanation. I gave them one. They shipped the product anyway. It was not engraved as requested; they would not honor their coupon, but they offered it again a day later (can't figure that out). The 800.00 product came in a bag...very bad presentation. Crappy embossing, just a sub-par product. I'd return but don't want the hassle of the 10% restocking fee. I could dispute it with Visa, but I just hate doing all that stuff. So, I'll chalk it up to a bad experience.

Bracelet is ok is not shiny at all I would like to pop out a little more as 24 k brace is unlocked. I almost lost it twice. I wish they put a different to be more secure

I try to buy a piece twice a year. It is my gold investment. The fact that I can wear my investment makes me doubly happy! The Holy Spirit pendant is just beautiful, and very special to me.

My wife loves the charm bracelet. Very shinny and heavy, which she appreciates. Fun for her to receive a random charm from me.

The necklace is beautiful and my wife loved it. The only issue is the ends are a little large and unable to go through most of my wife's pendants.

I have made a few purchases from Mene’. I also had to do two returns one for being too small and the other being too thin. The clasp on the narrow flat chain is way too small for a man 6 foot tall. It’s hard to handle to take on and off. However, all the other products that I have from them are spot on.

Customer service from Nicole was fantastic! She had previously given me the dimensions for this pendant so I was able to draw it out on paper to know exactly what size it would be. The weight is also slightly over listed weight. My pendant is 5.05 grams and it was listed as 5.02 grams. It is well made, light and airy design as I have other pendants that are a bit more flashy! Dimensions are 16mm x 20mm.not including the bale so measure ahead of time! I wish Mene listed dimensions of all jewelry online. I also wish that more customers in their reviews measured and gave dimensions which would be really helpful to others!! The bale is large enough to fit one of my chains which I already had. Thank you so much Nicole for all your effort around this beautiful pendant for me!!!

I love both pair of earrings. The posts are too short. I've tried other earring backs but nothing works. I am afraid to leave my house wearing them. I have several other pieces of Mene jewelry that I love.

The chain arrived on 9/23. I opened the box and it was beautiful. I hooked it on my neck and within four hours it fell off. The clasp is very delicate, so 2480 dollars down the drain. Beware if you buy and replace the clasp.

Platinum eagle ring is absolutely gorgeous, incredibly heavy, and detail is absolutely stunning. Mene has the best 24k gold and platinum jewelry on the market
