I am sorry you aren't happy with the delivery time. We offer delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24, but the cut-off for same-day dispatch is 1.30pm. Your order was placed at 16.27pm on 14th July, so was dispatched on 15th July and delivered on 16th July.
