I attended the clinic today for anti wrinkle treatment
From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left the service and professionalism was second to none.
The staff were friendly and professional and I was put immediately at ease.
Before my treatment I had a thorough assessment and lots of advice on what I may like to consider at the time and at my next visit
There was no pressure at all to commit to anything I wasn’t 100% sure about
The doctor was just wonderful explaining why I may like to think about other areas to have treatments
The procedure itself was virtually painless and I was constantly asked if I was okay and reassured as the treatment progressed
The aftercare advice I was given was the best I have ever been given
I walked into the clinic a little nervous but walked out completely sure in my knowledge that I had experienced the best aesthetics treatment I have have ever had (and there have been a few) Turn on my

Dr Sepi is professional and friendly. She listens carefully at each visit and is always happy to adjust the amount of botox if she thinks it is needed. I have been seeing her for few years, I completely trust her and would thoroughly recommend her.

I've been seeing Dr Sepi for 18 months. I started with profhilo and was really impressed by Dr Sepi's skills, professionalism and approach to her work. So much so that when I decided to try botox, I had no doubts whatsoever that I was in safe hands. As well as being really happy with the results, the best endorsement I can give is that on more than one occasion she's said 'no, you don't need that' when I've asked for further treatment, which speaks to her integrity. The front of house staff are also always very friendly and helpful.

I'm always happy and look forward to having my facial treatments at Medicetics Connaught street. The girls at reception are amazingly helpful, they do their best to fit me in however difficult my schedule may be, and I'm totally dedicated to Dr Mullan's advise and therapies because they are Honest and suitable for me, my age and my face.

Fantastic quality and range of treatments. I've been coming to Medicetics for many years now and they have transformed my skin. Joanna is great for hydra-facials and IPL, and Dr Mullen for those very subtle enhancements which just make you look a much better version of yourself. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. They will happily spend time to discuss your concerns and never try to push anything on you. Also offer a great range of skincare products. Highly recommended.

Medicetics is a truly exceptional clinic. As soon as you walk through the door, you know that you're going to meet the two most important things you could possibly want. The first is extreme professional skill and expertise. The team at Medicetics really, really want their patients to get the results they need and bring technical skill, long-held experience and commitment to matching their patients to the right treatments, then carrying out these treatments safely and effectively. The second - perhaps almost as important - is that this is a clinic that can be trusted. There's an early clue on the website where they post prices (unlike most of their competitors) - this is sending a really clear signal that they want to be transparent and really clear-up front in making sure that patients make the right decisions for them. But then I've found this consistently in my work with the clinic - there's no hint of any desire to make money or do anything that a patient might not need. Instead I've been dissuaded from some treatments that interested me and instead been told that other, cheaper ones would be better for my skin right now. At the same time they take constant care to make sure that you know exactly what they are doing / planning and why - the doctors and aestheticians are not just friendly but work through the treatments to make sure that the patient understands exactly what is happening and why. They then follow-up with dedicated aftercare and advice, doing everything they can to set you up for success. I feel a sense of trust that means I feel really safe in considering new routes and know that I will get the partnership, wise counsel and information I need to make the best decisions. I then know that they will do everything they can to assure results, but in the very unlikely event that anything did go wrong I know I would be helped and supported through the recovery process. I would not consider going to another clinic now and could not recommend Medicetics and its practitioners more highly.

Dr Dondos is simply the best for subtle treatment. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I saw Dr. Vee for a consultation. She is very professional and gave me the best advice for my skin type. I will definitely see her again!

I've been with the clinic for several years starting with acne and have now been cured as a result of treatments at the clinic and advice to go on Roaccutane. I'm now having Morpheus 8 and whilst the treatment is extremely painful the clinic does its very best to deliver it as quickly and painlessly as possible. Joanna is so efficient the time in the chair is minimalised! All the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended :)

I have been a customer of this clinic for a while now and have had a number of treatments, incl. botox, hydrafacial and laser genesis. I see Dr Amy Hermon-Taylor and find her to be a wealth of knowledge on skin care - she has a very positive attitude towards anti-ageing and the botox she has administered me feels natural and subtle. For facials, I have been seeing both Joanna and Alex and both are amazing! They are very professional and the recommendations given by Alex have helped turn my skin around.

I had the Morpheus 8 treatment. I cannot recommend the treatment or those treating me highly enough. By far the most effective treatment I have had - my skin is noticeably tighter and the texture is better. I’m 42 and have basically stopped needing to wear foundation. Plus I have had multiple people compliment me on my skin but without being able to articulate what is different - which is the sign of a good treatment. But also, the clinic is fantastic. Joanna is professional, friendly and I have total faith in her work. Would highly recommend her, the clinic and the treatment. It is true that it isn’t the cheapest but worth the investment and it lasts much longer than most other treatments. Absolutely delighted with the results.

The entire team are so welcoming and professional and Joanna is wonderful.

Dr Vicky Dondas is a breath of fresh air! I LOVE her approach of “Positive Ageing” versus “Anti Ageing” and I 100% feel that she’s in a league of
her own with her extensive knowledge coupled with genuine consideration of the whole person. I can’t recommend her enough. Chloe, the front of house team - everyone seems to go above and beyond. SO pleased to have found them!

Always the warmest of welcomes from the front of house team and they went above and beyond to help me following an appointment time mix up on my last appointment. Dr Mullan is first class and each treatment, service and experience is what has kept me returning for almost ten years.

Always such a pleasure to attend this clinic, from entering, to treatments & leaving the premises im made to feel very welcome!

I was referred to Medicetics by a friend and am so pleased I went and am now a patient of Dr Mullan. He is awesome, as is the practice. I am vey happy with my treatments and the way the office is run. The staff are all lovely, and the results are fabulous!
