We are genuinely sorry for the experience you had and completely understand your frustration at not receiving a response to your messages.

Unfortunately, your enquiry coincided with a changeover of our email systems, during which we experienced technical issues with our contact form. As a result, your messages did not reach us as intended. This was an unfortunate failure on our part, and we sincerely apologise.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we took steps to put things right, including arranging a full refund, sending a complimentary item and personally apologising for the inconvenience.

We are disappointed to have received multiple one-star reviews relating to this experience, particularly after making every effort to resolve the matter once it came to our attention. However, we recognise that the initial lack of communication was frustrating and understand why you felt let down.

A quick telephone call would have allowed us to identify and resolve the problem much sooner, although we fully acknowledge that you should have been able to reach us through our usual contact channels.

We are a small, independent business that genuinely cares about its customers and reputation. We have since addressed the communication issues to help prevent this happening again.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies. We hope our actions demonstrate that, when something goes wrong, we take responsibility and do our utmost to put it right.

Hi Adrian,

Thank you so much for the fantastic review!

We absolutely love hearing how PortaSauna brings family and friends together, although it sounds like you've suddenly become the most popular house in Nidderdale! 🔥

It's brilliant to hear you're enjoying how easy the sauna is to set up and use, and even better that you're taking it on the road to Leeds. Please pass on our congratulations to your nephew for completing his first Ironman — what an incredible achievement!

And we couldn't agree more about winter. There's something truly special about stepping into a beautifully hot, wood-fired sauna on a crisp Yorkshire Dales evening.

Wishing you, your family and friends many more fantastic sauna sessions!
