Quality Products from a Quality Local Dairy
I've been receiving milk and yoghurt from McQueens Dairy for about 3 months now, with no complaints whatsoever. Deliveries come early in the morning and with 24 hours notice I can change what I order. The main reason I moved to McQueens was that their products are Bovaer free and they offer milk in glass bottles, as well as a range of other products.
All in all I am delighted with the quality and service from McQueens and will continue with them for the foreseeable.

From day one when I had the chap knock my door and tell me about the milk I went ahead and started to get deliveries and it’s the best milk we’ve ever got my kids absolutely love it and say it’s better than supermarkets milk so we will continue to get milk from you guys because you always go high and beyond to make sure it’s always delivered on time and it’s so cheap for the price I pay a month so thank you and it’s so fresh thank you again mcqueens ❤️

Fresh milk lasts as long as the use by date which is good great selection of other items including bread flavoured milk and orange juice I am very happy so far and being able to have it direct debit is so much easier .

Really wanted to give this a fair shot
Really wanted to give this a fair shot, but I got the impression it is a bit of a cowboy firm acting as if they are helping farmers.
Their online portal is no help at all, amended an order two days before it arrived only to be told the changes won’t happen until over a week later.
First delivery arrived at 23.30, in a noisy van which woke up our three year old.
Young lady who I won’t name, was very helpful settling my bill when I rang, but very pushy in getting people not to cancel, which I know she is only doing her job.
People of a more agreeable nature may be persuaded to stay with them, and thats my problem.
I feel as if they are poorly managed and taking advantage of peoples good nature.
Which is a shame, farmers deserve better.
Maybe we can all make better choices with our shopping which may help, but this service isn’t for me.

Milk was sometimes never delivered and empty bottles just left even though fresh milk was delivered the bottles were clearly there at the door so when prices went up i cancelled the orders not aware i owed them money, until i get a threatening email to say i owe £4,95 and that they have been trying to contact me about it, and i have to pay it or they will escalate it ha ha WHAT over £ 4.95 firstly i didnt know i owed it and secondly they blatantly lied about trying to contact me Obviously i made the payment straight away im not that hard up for £4.95 but this company can do one from me thats crazy behaviour and bullying

Absolutely disgusting attitude
Absolutely disgusting attitude , came to my door which I answered via ring doorbell as not in, asking me if I would like to try a free bottle of milk and see what I thought. I initially asked him to leave a leaflet but he said he had none and said he would take my number he would leave courtesy bottle . After leaving my number i now have been bombarded with texts, they delivered the free bottle and that morning I got phoned saying I have a delivery also scheduled for Thursday . I explained I haven’t signed up for anything yet, and then was asked if I want bread , eggs etc too, explained no and said wasn’t ready to sign up . Was told I owed them £2.59 I said I don’t owe anything as never signed up as was told first bottle was courtesy to try them. After the pressure tactics I told them to cancel, and they then sent text saying I owe them. Absolutely disgusting pushy sales tactics , I would not recommend and I shall be going to trading standards if they don’t remove the £2.50 owed as I have all evidence on my ring door bell that proves everything ! I do not recommend was hoping to support local dairies but not when they use these tactics!

Milk is so much nicer than supermarket milk and lasts so much longer. The “milk fairy’s” as I like to call them never even wake my dogs when they come in the early hours. It’s very impressive! Very happy with their customer service too.
