McGill's Buses Arvostelua 

this is the worst bus service we have ever had in Erskine you don't know if they will turn up or not. Today the 757 at 14.05 at Paisley central way did not turn up the service is now a total disgrace

Buses never on time in Paisley, and they put less and less buses on and constantly raise the prices, the taxi for the same distance is not much more. The tiers for pricing don't make sense and some days I get charged a pound extra but when I mention it to the driver they say well the other drivers are charging you wrong. So I don't really know how much I'm meant to pay from my house 🤣 absolute shambles and Paisley has no other bus service but them

Mcgills who run flixbus are as arogant as some of their drivers.
Coach blocking stops they shouldnt even be parked in. Holding up competitors coaches.
Get a grip McGills and realise there are other services operating whom are twice the service you or your drivers could ever hope to acheive

Buses are terrible. Filthy seats. And if youre going somewhere unfamilair in the dark good luck with figuring out where youre getting off cause they keep the internal lights on so you can't see out and there is no onboard system telling you the next stop etc like first bus has. Will be taking the train next time

Drives bus smoothly everyone knows him he goes above and beyond he’s not a driver to see ur running for bus and not wait he will wait his passengers are happy unlike some McGill drivers who drive with kangaroo petrol and like schumaker

Bus in Glasgow, number 3. Bus passes very close to Buchanan Bus Station. However, passengers are told to leave the bus at Hope Street where it crosses Sauchiehall Street. 5-10 minute walk from bus station. Very poor service indeed. Not very integrated travel. Maximum inconvenience for passengers.

Pretty shit tbh. Sooner they are nationalised the better

Had an absolute terrible time using mgills buses, I tryed to take my fold up bike onto the bus but was told by Inspector Stuart Roy I could not bring the bike with me, after a few mins back and fourth I conceded to this jobsworth before it got heated and cycled to my destination. I was willing to pay for the bike as a companion and would gave folded it up taking up no space, Inspector Stuart Roy you are A Very Sad Man.

Our trip to Edinburgh on 23rd Nov during Storm Bert was only possible due to the amazing bus driver on the X38 Falkirk-Edinburgh. He managed to drive through awful conditions to get us there in one piece. He kept a safe distance and safe speed. Thankfully, we were able to stay on to return home again. He was very helpful and polite. 10/10 😃

Worst bus service ever busses don't show up most of the time app doesn't tell u when it's cancelled fed up waiting in sub zero temperatures for a bus that doesn't arrive spent twice the amount of my bus ticket on taxis but don't waste your time complaining it's as effective as trying to stay dry while peeing into the wind and nothing will get done because the company is crooked as all hell and no competion so they can take the mick complete joke of a service.

The driver was very kind and waited on an old lady struggling to get to the bus stop on time. This is exactly how bus drivers should be, very kind, patient and compassionate.

Too add to my review drivers are nothing but rude to anyone and have zero care if you're standing in the rain and the doors close at the bus stop standing with two cruches they will refuse and make will just have a smile on their face after watching me struggling waddling to the bus.

Have been using McGills buses to get to work for around six months. I work in care and use this service during work and to get home. It is obvious that work comuters are not even in the high rank of priority, seeing how all their frequent schedules finish at 6pm, so take a hike if you have a late finish.

First thing one morning the app malfunctioned and didn't show my ticket, so I said I can try fix it and scan it when I get off the bus. That was me being polite, it's their app after all, no my fault. The driver was so condenscending and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Drivers have also spoke like this to the clients I work with, all young people with learning disabilities, and never have change when they pay bus fare. I have given up being kind to these drivers, I scan my ticket, take my seat and move on. If that's how they treat regular customers they don't deserve even a smile, because you'll certainly not get one back. I know they're working and probably don't like their job, but others are on the exact same boat -- we're using the bus to get to work! There's absolutely no need.

This company really needs to pull up their boot straps and accomodate work comuters. Not all of us are pensioners going for shopping or school children. Having AT LEAST a every half hour service in the evenings would save a young woman like me having to walk the streets in the dark.

They've raised the price of F16 Fallin tickets to Stirling Costs 3.20 pounds and they always come late or they don't come. They're not really professionals. They don't really care about the people who have to go to work.

Bus stop shows due app shows due oops no show very night plz refund my ticket so I can get a taxi to work joke company. Pitch black and I can wait in paisley for another 45 minutes to then be late for work again

You definitely losing your job if you using this buss transport
You need to want more then 40 minutes for a bus plus take another 40 minutes for just 2-3 mile so you we’ll lose all day in bus really bad shame on you leaving
the people in street wait to paying your bills !
Anyway promise me no one we’ll give a shit on you if you wait all day in street

Always a reliable service, and the bus driver today went above and beyond to help someone recover their lost phone. McGills are truly a 5 star company.
