MB&G were efficient, transparent, keeping me up to date through all stages of my claim. They were precise in telling me what they needed from me. They settled my claim quickly with no issues.

As my manufacturers warranty was lost due to dealership closure. This gives me peace of mind on a nearly new caravan if anything did go wrong.

Purchased my 6month vehicle warranty with MD&G insurance as these were recommended by the dealership. After the 6 months was up I then renewed with them as they were competitive on price and the renewal was quick and easy. The customer service was excellent! Although I haven’t made a claim yet I’m still giving 5 stars due to the experience so far!!

I needed some clarification on the claims procedure. Adam responded quickly and in a most informative way, couldn't have been more helpful.

My car with only 47000 miles had a radiator that started leaking and needed replacing.
MB&G refused to pay under warranty stating wear and tear!
Based on this, they can say everything is wear and tear. A radiator is not a serviceable item and the car has full service history. It also took them over 2 days to even decide leaving me out of pocket and without a car. The warrany is pointless in my opinion based on their approach

The Customer service is excellent, and always prompt. Robert Bagley the claims advisor is always very helpful and responds to queries very quickly.

I was unsure about whether to take this insurance when I bought this car but I am grateful I did as it has saved me a fortune!

The process was very smooth and I received the payment very quickly. However, I was very upset with the payment and what the insurance actually paid out. Their policy and guidelines around labour work and diagnostics being capped was very disappointing. The insurance covered half the bill, although due to my excess the amount I was paid was actually quarter of the invoice so I am still sitting with the rest which is a huge bill to pay. I think because I have a BMW this insurance is no good as it doesn’t cover high end vehicle repairs.

At the stage of claiming it feels as though the process has been designed in such a way that customers simply give up rather than pursue a claim . That's certainly the position I now find myself in. while I had hoped the warranty would provide support when needed, the experience has been quite the opposite.

The setting up of the Policy was extremely easy.
This is the 3rd vehicle that I've ensured through MB&G and I can honestly say that I'd highly recommend them to family and friends.

Avoid the 'Bedcover Service Plan' – They ignore clear structural failures

I am writing this to warn anyone considering the 'Bedcover Service Plan' (Policy: 387A003049/2). My Doze Luca K Mattress has suffered a catastrophic structural failure where the internal foam has physically ruptured and snapped open, leaving the metal springs completely exposed.
Despite sending clear photos of the internal core falling apart, MB&G rejected my claim (Ref: 496779). They had the audacity to call this "1cm settlement" and claimed it was within "manufacturing tolerance". This isn't a "dip" or "settling"—it is a physical hole in the mattress. Even the technician’s own "Pressure Test" photos show his tools sinking into a structural void, yet they still officially reported "No Fault Found".
I am now left with a defective bed that is causing me significant back pain and is clearly unfit for purpose. This service plan is a waste of money designed to find every technicality possible to avoid paying out for a broken product.

5 months ago I went through the process of claiming for a damaged settee cover, this was purchased from Oak Furniture Land at Fosse Park Leicestershire.
We paid a lot for the settee as it’s also a double recliner, went the extra mile and added in the 5 year all singing & dancing warranty - just to be certain.
Anyway as per usual with these things - nothing is ever straight forward. We have the green light to cover the repair, however the cover is coming from somewhere abroad - on some huge container!!! Where & when it was sent - I’m not sure. One thing I am sure of is the service & comms from these people is beyond poor. I am always the one chasing & trying to get this resolved. Surly it should be the other way round?
All I simply want is for there to be some level of integrity here & someone to give me a call & reassure me (the customer) that I don’t have to wait much longer to get this sorted. Besides which, the whole thing is gradually looking worse by the day.
Wish me luck 🍀 but I’d avoid if at all possible purchasing these expensive warranties, that NEVER deliver there side of the deal! Unimpressed? You bet!

Wasted my time sending and replying to several emails concerning my damaged caravan awning the end result being claim refused as not covered by storm damage which I told them about I the first email but they still continued with all the emails when they could have told me straight away,poor service.

Scam company.
I have been waiting a year for them to replace a chair from Oak Furnitureland, and yet they refuse to help and ignore my emails.
My initial claim was apparently accepted and put through on 14/3/2025, but nothing has materialised since then.
Do not use them.

Unfortunately we had to make a claim for our caravan awning. The whole experince of dealing with MB&G was brilliant from beginning to the end. The staff could not have been more hlepful and the claim was settled very quickly.

Whilst pleased with the product, the renewal process
and customer service was disappointing.
The warranty renewal letter dated 21/01/2026 stated I would receive a courtesy call before my policy end date. This was never received.
Your telephone number 0191 258 8152 as on the renewal letter, was impossible to access. Options relating to warranties and/or motorhomes/campervans kept cutting me off and I gave up after multiple attempts.
I eventually got through to an agent on the 0191 258 8199 number choosing the claims option, when an agent put me through to warranties. This was on February 4th.
I requested a paper copy of the renewed policy, for which I am still waiting.
