I am truly sorry and very concerned to read about the loss of the goods you bought from the 1818 auctioneer and the subsequent failure to refund your money, especially as you had purchased full insurance. We understand your profound frustration and disappointment.

Mail Boxes Etc. centres are independently owned and operated franchises, and while they strive to provide consistent service, we recognise that individual experiences can vary. This situation, however, is a serious matter that requires immediate attention and resolution.

I urge you to email our Head Office at nso@mbe.uk immediately with all the specifics of your complaint, including the tracking number, the date the goods were purchased, the value of the goods, and the specific Mail Boxes Etc. centre involved. Our Head Office will investigate this matter with the utmost urgency to ensure your insurance claim is processed and a resolution is found.
