Amazing cars. All salesmen were very helpful. A special thanks to Haydar and Yaser. I came in just to have an idea. They helped me choosing my dream car. I got a GLC 2018 but the condition was just like brand new. I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle but just to get an idea. All cars were very clean. All standards top tier. Process very easy. Best car experience i ever had. Will definitely come back to get an other car from these guys.

Was confused over which model to buy, did my research and Yasser was extremely knowledgeable, helpful not pushy, laid out the facts and, in fact, some I never thought of. I could then decide. Called him back after an hour, hey presto, my new car! Thrilled with how Yasser made the whole process easy, reassuring and shared in my joy. Front tyres checked by Merc Benz and other companies, computer, and all report illegal. Car off the road!! Worse post sales customer service experience ever. I paid cash too!!

Parting with just over 20k for a vehicle went smoothly at sales, the actual fact that the car was sold to me with a blocked screen wash tank was overlooked which I discovered for the first time on pressing the screen wash button a little after 7days later. In brief, on return of the vehicle to be rectified, I was advised that this was a common problem affecting the GLA200 and was reminded that it was a second hand vehicle and for my troubles charged £109 to be put right. I'm a great believer in karma so I
can rest easy because at some point MB Brent Park will have to confront their demons with the poor after sales customer service they provide. Please be advised, should you purchase a vehicle from this company, please check every button, switch, lever and pedal and/or get an independent RAC vehicle check.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at MB Brent Cross. As a prospective buyer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and integrity from a car dealership, especially one dealing in high-end vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz. Unfortunately, my encounter at this dealership fell far short of those expectations.

Upon my visit, I was interested in a Mercedes C-Class that had been listed on their website. The vehicle appeared to be in good condition in the online photos, and I was eager to inspect it in person. However, the reality was quite different. The car not only displayed visible signs of neglect, but it also failed to start upon my initial inspection. After several unsuccessful attempts to start the engine, the sales representative had to jump start the vehicle.

Despite these significant issues, the sales team at MB Brent Cross exhibited a high-pressure sales approach. Rather than acknowledging the apparent faults and offering solutions, the representative focused solely on pushing the sale. I was subjected to aggressive sales tactics and a constant stream of scripted phrases aimed at convincing me to overlook the vehicle’s evident deficiencies.

This approach to customer service is unacceptable. The sales process should prioritize the needs and safety of the customer, ensuring that the vehicles offered for sale meet basic standards of reliability and functionality. The fact that MB Brent Cross attempted to sell a vehicle in such poor condition without a transparent disclosure of its issues raises serious concerns about their business ethics and practices.

I advise prospective buyers to exercise caution when dealing with MB Brent Cross. My experience suggests a lack of regard for customer satisfaction and a willingness to compromise quality in favor of making a sale. I urge the dealership to re-evaluate its sales techniques and to ensure that the vehicles it offers are thoroughly inspected and in proper working order. Customers deserve a better experience and should not be subjected to high-pressure tactics when purchasing a vehicle.

I picked up my brand-new Mercedes GLB last Tuesday and have enjoyed driving it ever since. The customer service I received from Haydar was exceptional. He was always willing to help and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the car. He was patient, kind, and genuine throughout the entire process. THIS IS A JOKE COMPANY - VERY RUDE AND HAVE LOADS OF ARRAGANCE. DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE SURVIVING. POOR SERVICE POOR STOCK. WORKERS HAVE NO COMMON SENSE.

This company is a fraud . They sale faulty cars. Once you purchase it, million problems arise and they refuse to give you a refund. I don’t know how they are still open. But do NOT buy a car from them.

Good PERSON experience, however they sell cars that need services straight away. Bought a mercedes gla 25k basically a cash buyer. Gave them no grief at all.

However I'm sure they didn't respect me NOT going with there finance as they believe they don't earn much on the cars.

Since owning the car I've had to spend £660 pound with main dealer to maintain the car, and continue my warranty.
Furthermore the driver side brake disc were absolutely battered. Not something you would notice in a 20 second test drive your given.

After raising all this with the dealer, all I get told is
" The car doesn't need a service every year, also we don't follow mercedes procedure regarding servicing. We choose to service a car when we BELIEVE it needs it" even though I raised this concern with them, told them several times I'm unhappy, I've spent 25 grand and all I asked for was a service "a" that would of cost them £90 they refuse. They would rather sell a car that needs a service, brake disc and maintenance.

Appauled with the aftercare, once you purchase the car your basically forgotten about. Avoid at all cost. They say they test there cars, however all they do is reset the service counter, and sell them on.

Avoid at all cost, or when you DO BUY IT make sure you get your cars serviced, looked at properly by a mechanic.

good experience, friendly staff, smooth transaction, the salesman wasn't pushy or anything and most importantly I'm very happy with the car
