I had a deeply disappointing experience with MB Brent Park.
I worked with two Mercedes dealerships during my car buying process, and Brent Park was by far the worst. There was zero willingness to negotiate, and I was told an additional £599 “admin fee” would be added to the price, something the second dealer did not charge or even mention. In fact, the other dealer proactively offered added value without me even asking. The contrast between the two was night and day.
I had an issue that required escalation. I spoke to a salesperson twice and requested a call back both times, but nobody ever returned my calls. Only on my third attempt, when I called again myself did I finally reach someone. The salesperson I dealt with was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in resolving my concern. When I eventually spoke to a manager, he immediately blamed the finance company and even shared internal issues that should never be discussed with a customer. It was unprofessional from start to finish. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Brent Park MB.

Unfortunately, the service is unacceptable, and very disappointing.
At the moment of the inspection the issue was unnoticed and not mentioned by seller and as soon as we drove off and noticed the fault - we got refused, they accepted the issue was present before the purchase but they wont take responsibility as it was unnoticed at the time of the purchase.
This company clearly does not value its customers. I strongly advise to be cautious. I have to say it was very stressful experience overall, unreliable and unprofessional, the name of the sales person- Haider.

Mb Brent park were quick polite and efficient. Always available to answer questions. There cars were clean and ready for viewing.

This dealer refused my bank finance for their own reasons and tried to force me to use their in-house finance at a higher rate. They then refused to refund my deposit, even though this was not my fault. Came back to me after 3days and wanted to do the deal, already lost interest as everything was getting shady. Very disappointing experience.
