Terrible customer service

Customer service called me to tell me they were sorry about my experience and that they would proceed to cancel my order and issue a refund. I received an email stating that my order was cancelled, but almost 12 hours later, the website is still labeling my order as active. I tried calling/messaging customer support and I have been ignored for almost 3 hours now. Avoid massgenie at all costs.

Have not received code

Have not received code. Details said power buys bought over the weekend would be received on Monday. The details have since been edited to say "weekday". Very shady. buy with caution and expect nothing in return.

it's a scam..

it's a scam... they charge me 3 times reporting that "Authentication failed. Please use another payment method."

Was a little skeptical at first but…

Was a little skeptical at first but after talking to customer support they were able to send me the code directly through chat since it didnt show up in an email. Everything worked and was able to redeem for 12 months of ps+ just gotta have a little patience.
