HUGE hidden fees a week after purchase!! If you're purchasing in the UK purchasing from the UK website you will be hit with HUGE import duties from Holland., BEWARE. I wish I knew before purchase . Terrible!

When I received the glasses, I was impressed by the quality and what came with them—there was a hard case for the glasses as well as a soft pouch made of high-quality microfiber. The only thing was that the glasses were a bit tight for the first month because they were slightly too narrow. But now I’ve broken them in and everything’s fine; they just slide down my nose a little. I got the Emery model.

Suite à cet échange la personne a pu retrouver ma commande et à fait le nécessaire pour la restaurer et ainsi que je puisse être livré je le remercie et j'espère que d'autres client n'auront pas à vivre cet expérience.

Je tiens à préciser que j'ai fait remonter l'info pour le numéro de téléphone et la personne m'a confirmer qu'il avait changer de numéro mais cependant ne l'avais pas communiquer à Alma ce qui va être rectifier suite à cet erreur.

I got the tera’s in my prescription with the 35 UV lense protection. When I tell you these returned my confidence in glasses that I’d never expected before. These look way better than my old prada frames, and the Blue Light protection is definitely going to be a must soon with school on the way and long hours in front of the computer.

Love the amber lenses. I use them daily!

A co-worker recommended these glasses for extended computer use, i tried his Humboldt style glasses out and liked them, so i ordered a pair but with darker lens. When the glasses came in i noticed a big crack/seam on the sides where the arm meets the lens frame. Reached out to customer support and they replaced them. Second set came in and had the same issue. Which my co workers set doesn't show. The quality of these glasses isnt the best considering the price. Now all I can do is return them and have to pay for shipping back. I wont be ordering any more glasses from gunnar

I bought these sunglasses as a gift, only to find they were too small — and they only come in one size. I reached out to customer support hoping for a simple resolution, like a store credit or one-time exchange, but they refused outright, hiding behind a rigid 30-day return policy.
For a $100 purchase, I expected better. The product may be fine, but their unwillingness to make any reasonable accommodation shows a troubling lack of flexibility and concern for customers. Dealing with this level of stubbornness was frustrating and disappointing.

Was trying for weeks to figure out what was happening with my shipping and then got an email saying the order was cancelled and refund issued but i gotta pay a fee??? Never received my order but I can’t get a full refund and takes a week to get an email

I purchased the Witcher glasses for my wife as a holiday-time gift. They came quickly, they look great, the quality is amazing, the weight is light, and she loves them! This is our first experience with GUNNAR and gaming glasses in general. I have asked her multiple times if they honestly feel helpful for gaming (she plays Witcher 3, Hades 2, Diablo IV, etc.) and/or work, and she claimed each time that there was. She also loves showing them off to friends. Thank you!

I’ve bought these glasses to try reducing my eye strain, however when I got the glasses I saw that they wouldn’t fit me so I’ve refunded them. However the return policies are utter garbage. First of all you only get 80% of the price back AND you have to pay the shipping back so I’ve essentially paid for nothing. Quality and everything seemed ok. Can’t tell because I couldn’t try them on since that would eliminate the chance to even refund the glasses altogether.

Ordered 4 pairs and 2 where supposed to be 5$ a pair those where canceled after I ordered them. The response I was given was they ran out of the 5$ pairs which makes me feel like #1 the pairs I'm getting in the mystery box are gonna be bottom of the barrel and #2 just a gimmick to get me in the door...

The product quality and packaging was top notch.
I ordered prescription versions and they work very well. So great to read with at night before bed!
