There needs to be a better explanation…

There needs to be a better explanation on when the item will arrive. It says it will ship in 2-6 business days. Does that mean the sender will start the shipping process then? When can I expect to receive my order?
Also, the item was described as New. Make this a big selling point!!! Most sellers don't advertise this, because they are selling used Xbox One S. If this is new, making that a big statement is a key selling point. I just bought a "used" xbox that had cracked case, smelled like cigarettes, and was discolored everywhere.
Another thing is to have a review section before the purchase is complete. Give me a UI that I can click through and make sure that I selected the right thing before I send you my money.
