Martha Jackson Arvostelua

I’ve had several purchases over the last few years, both ear rings and chains. Quality items, great communication and speedy delivery.

I wanted the bracelet, Sterling Silver Sparkling Dual Link Bracelet, personalised by adding an initial and silver charm, as this was for a 21st Birthday present. I contacted them by email and then by phone to arrange exactly how and where the charm/initial was to be placed. They were super helpful and double checked everything before I paid. The delivery was really speedy and although I was really late in ordering, the bracelet arrived the next day. So pleased with it and the recipient is delighted!!! Fabulous service and a lovely present! Oh and I'm so tempted to get a little something for myself with the 10% off voucher in with the bracelet!

Ordered a couple of pairs of earrings which were way better than I anticipated, absolutely gorgeous! They were gifts and one pair (style) wasn’t liked. I returned them for an exchange which was done without any fuss or questions. Delivery is very prompt, received the next day and was kept up to date of the whole process.
Proper old fashioned quality service. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Almost forgot to mention- all the jewellery is beautiful😊

The quality of jewellery is always superb. A brilliant selection of items it’s hard to choose your favourites! Super fast delivery (normally within 48 hours). I’ve bought many beautiful things over the years and will continue to do so.

Very quick delivery, absolutely stunning earrings, the gift box and card are lovely touches too, great quality, everything perfect, will buy from this seller again, highly recommend!

Great company with good communication plus of course, lovely silver jewellery. Would definitely recommend, also free, quick delivery.

The customer service was outstanding; they showed lots of patience while I arranged which replacement ring I wanted. The delivery was prompt, with the ring secure and lovely packaging. Was easy to return the original ring. Thank you

Excellent customer service. Best I’ve ever encountered.

I bought a Mixed Metal Triple Scalloped Spinning Ring. Managed to order the wrong size and customer services made it very easy to return for a smaller size. The replacement arrived quickly. Really pleased with the ring and the service. Will definitely be ordering from Martha Jackson again in the future.

My partner is very pleased with the bracelet, higher quality than the price point suggests.
Royal Mail delivered the first bracelet elsewhere, no idea where - Martha Jackson staff member Adam quickly despatched a replacement which arrived next day. The proof of a good company, is their ability to overcome and resolve a problem.

Gorgeous necklace. Customer service above and beyond. Bought a letter ‘a’ necklace for my daughter’s friend’s 18th birthday to replace one she’d lost last year. It was lovely, and beautifully packaged. Typically the friend found the lost one the day before her birthday! I asked Martha Jackson if I could exchange the ‘a’ for a different letter so I could give it to my friends daughter instead and they sorted it all out for me, which they didn’t have to do at all. I will definitely order from them again. Very many thanks indeed.

I just want to thank everyone at Martha Jackson and especially Adam for the wonderful customer service.
I ordered a bracelet for my husband without having measured his wrist and it was subsequently too small (despite being lovely). When I phoned to explain my difficulty Adam could not have been more helpful. My husband now has his new sized bracelet and it is truly lovely. Thank you so much.

I have recently made my first purchase from this company. The website, product and service was excellent and I will have no hesitation in using this company in the future.

Ordered my earrings yesterday and they arrived today lovely packaging and really happy with the earrings exactly as seen. Thank you 😊

I had an issue with my order and Adam in the customer team was incredibly helpful sorting a solution. Would recommend

Brilliant customer service
Lovely earrings
Fast delivery
Lovely email from Martha who had taken the time to reply to me
Would definitely use this company again

Bought several Christmas presents and have a lot of happy friends and family.
Lovely pieces of jewellery, arrived in a nice presentation box really quickly.

Very poor quality and bad design hoop earrings. Doubt they are sterling silver, very thin and trashy looking. The piece that goes through your ear is so thin I expect it to break after a couple of wears. The pieces that thread on the hoop simply drop off when you put in your ear - there is no end stoppers. Already I’ve lost pieces off them when trying to wear for first time. Looks like parts are just assembled.

What a brilliant find , this site is amazing gorgeous well made reasonably priced jewellery, lovely packaging to. The customer service is 10 out of 10 , just fab!!. 👌☃️.
