Martha Jackson Arvostelua

Spot on! Excellent efficient delivery. All beautifully packaged. My two pairs of earrings and anklet chain are absolutely gorgeous. Really pleased.

Speedy delivery, gorgeous jewellery! The bracelet and necklace I ordered seem really good quality and elegant, super happy with my purchase! Also love that it’s a small independent Bristol company ♥️

Beautiful quality jewellery. Packaged lovely. Make truly lovely gifts. I have used this company many times and I will keep using. I definitely recommend. Super fast delivery and great communication throughout. 🤩😀

A very swift and easy experience. It is easy to order from Martha Jackson, the postage is free too.The earrings came in a lovely presentation box and the silver earrings are beautiful.

Great earrings

Loved my flower ring just hope I'd expected. Worth the money.

Gorgeous earrings and beautifully packaged

I ordered mid afternoon and received the necklace the following day. The item is so beautiful and the engraving perfect. It was bought as a gift and came in a lovely box with a personalised gift card. The attention to detail was spot on and the pricing brilliant. Can't fault the product or the service and will definitely keep in mind for any more gifts I need.

What a beautiful chain & very fast delivery will order more from.

Sadly my order was not received. I rung Martha Jackson and they said that they would process a replacement order. What a star. Big Thank You to them as going to wear them on my Wedding day.

Lovely earrings, great selection, arrived fast and good quality.

Would buy from here again.

Such helpful staff who respond to enquiry emails really quickly, especially Lacey who went the extra mile, taking photos etc, to help me choose the correct chain.

Thank you all so much

I am really overjoyed with the celtic hoop earrings I bought for my Daughter's 33rd birthday gift.
Thank you for making such beautiful and excellent quality jewellery, Im truly grateful to be able to gift her such a special gift
and I know she will treasure them,
the silver is hallmarked, and stunning, and the perfect balance of design with the intricate knotwork, and weight and width of the hoops, you got it just right!
They arrived 1st class postage next day, no charge for delivery, also really reassuring :)
Im happy to pay the fair price for the quality of these earrings.

I found a gorgeous necklace and placed the order. It arrived really quickly. But i realised i'd ordered a too long chain. I sent an email to the enquiries team, and they were really quick and supportive.

They asked me to return to them, and they would send a shorter one.I did this, and enquiries emailed me when it had arrived to say they had received it, and would send.

Thank you for the communication through this, and customer service.

Really looking forward to wearing the necklace :)

I ordered a silver locket with engraving.
It arrived the next day ( I paid extra for that) it is stunning, can’t fault the process from ordering, to receiving and for the price it’s worth it.

It has been absolutely fantastic. My chain broke by accident when I was taking my top off and this company has sent me out a new one. I so appreciate it because I love the change so much and was really upset about this. I just want to say a big thank you to Adam for doing this and sorting it all out for me

Ordered a 18" chain from MJ which is really good quality and a good price. Unfortunately the chain received was 16". Called MJ offices and a very helpful gentleman sorted the issue out immediately. I received the right sized chain the very next day with a pre-paid return for the smaller one. Fantastic service.

Ordered two pairs of stud earrings received them with no problems. The earrings are delicate but unfortunately some of the butterfly backs are very loose and I have lost one already, I was lucky not to lose the earring itself. Would I purchase again I'm afraid not.

Right from the start service was brilliant. Delivered next day!!!!
Wearing my dangly hoop earrings with rose gold now. So reminded me of the 60s! Flower stud earrings for my daughters birthday.
Thoroughly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!! Have already purchased another pair of dangly hoop earrings!!!!!

Update!
Martha Jackson saw my initial review and sent a replacement pair which was so nice. They arrived within 2 days too! Lovely customer service, very impressed. This pair seems a little less delicate so fingers crossed! Thank you, staff at Martha Jackson! You made my week. 😊

Beautiful jewellery but just not very secure. I’ve had two pair of the same Marrakesh hoops and with each pair lost one whilst it was in my ear. The clasps are very loose. It’s a shame because they were so pretty. I refuse to spend the money again. Very sad about it. ☹️
