Hannah Lund was so friendly, professional and encouraging, she was reassuring and kept us up to date on all the progress once the house was on the market to the point when we were sold. I asked so many questions, as I felt quite overwhelmed by the process and Hannah kindly talked me through the options, whilst providing me with all the time I needed to chat at home and make good decisions. I felt cared about and valued.

I had previously viewed a flat in a particular building which wasn’t quite right for me and as soon as another flat became available in the same building, Manning Stainton reached out to let me know. Their attention to detail with this felt like they genuinely understood what I was looking for, going the extra mile to help me find the perfect home.

I purchased my flat with the help of Jenny, who was fantastic from start to finish and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From our very first conversation she was friendly, professional and incredibly responsive. She made the whole process feel much less daunting, keeping me updated at every stage. An absolute credit to the Manning Stainton team.

The experience of buying my flat was smooth and far less stressful than I imagined, all thanks to Jenny. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Manning Stainton to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Olivia was absolutely brilliant & dealt with everything, given that I live 200 miles away, she made this not an issue. She's very approachable & knowledgeable & dealt with viewings very strategically, keeping me up to date every step of the way
I would highly recommend

Great service from the Headingley Branch. Special acknowledgement must go to Charlotte Poutney who is simply fantastic at her job. My house sale was lengthy due to numerous delays from the buyer’s side and Charlotte relentlessly chased things up and held people to account. Reliable communication keeping me up to date was appreciated. Would recommend

I chose Manning Stainton as my friend had used them five times in the last 20 years. I couldn't think of a better recommendation than that and wasn't disappointed. Amy and Jenny were both great, and we completed on the day we'd all agreed (how often does that happen?). Thank you!

Jenny from Manning Stainton was very helpful in helping us find our future home when relocating to Leeds. We were guided through the process and the service was professional.

Regular contact with me and the solicitors. Kept the sale moving forward.

Charlotte Poutney was our move manager and she did an excellent job! Her communication was superb, she was regularly available to answer queries or would get back to us as soon as possible if we had left a message. She even managed to contact the person we originally bought the property from to ask them a building reg question and managed to get a response the next day which helped keep the process moving quickly.

She was very much on the ball with our move and knew all the details, she also helped to chase slow conveyancers and was able to manage all parties very well. Especially in a busy period where lots of people were trying to beat the stamp duty increase.

Thanks again Charlotte!

Kept up to date with sale progress very professional

I dealt with Olivia at the headingly branch, she kept me informed on everything, she made the experience a lot easier to do.would highly recommend if you we're buying or selling your home,
Thank you again Olivia

I used Manning Stainton in Headingley for my first house purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were exceptionally helpful in finding the right property and guiding me through the entire buying process.

A special thanks to Charlotte Putney for staying in touch throughout and ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Charlotte Poutney has been brilliant all the way through our move, thank you for all your help and support with our first house purchase.

The headingley branch team have been amazing with the help on sale of our property. All went smoothly and quickly. Amy who came to visit us to talk through what will happen and help with the sale. To then be assigned to Olivia who has been our go to contact through our sale Olivia has called me with updates. If I needed anything I could call her. Was just like calling a friend for a natter. I want to say a massive thanks to all at headingley you are amazing. Thanks Olivia for always being on other end of phone

I highly recommend Manning Stainton, Headingley. They are friendly, helpful and professional. I felt they had a lot of experience selling but-to-let properties and the process went smoothly. I would have given 5 stars except that the final four days of the sale were quite stressful and due to a key member of the team being out of the office, I had to re-issue documents from several months previously. I acknowledge the process has ups and downs especially when dealing with two sets of solicitors, therefore I would still recommend Manning Stainton and would use them again. Special thanks to Amy King who is very personable and reassuring. Also thanks to Jenny and the rest of the team who were always on hand to answer my queries.

Sold my house with Mannings - Charlotte Poutney managed the selling process and kept me regularly update throughout and was quick to respond to any queries. Couldn’t have asked any more from her

Charlotte Poutney was ace! Super responsive, helped me out with anything, answered all my questions and always tried her best in a difficult conveyancer situation. Jenny Archer was also amazing in the negotiation period.

everyone helpful and informative, no nonsense. Charlotte Poutney is especially reliable and quick

Initial contact was very professional with Amy doing the valuation. She was positive in her approach and took time to explain the whole process.

Chloe Jagger was my lead sales negotiator and she kept me informed with feedback from viewings throughout the for sale period, including advice on changes to the asking price and most importantly negotiating the sale.

Once a sale was agreed Charlotte Poutney took over as Move Manager and she was very proactive in chasing progress with solicitors, providing regular updates and dealing with any issues in the chain.

Fantastic communication between all parties, customers service exceptional, will always use for all other properties, highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and supportive since viewing of the property. Jenny Archer was very sincere and trustful with all the updates. Thanks Manning Stainton to make dream come true.
