From start to finish the service from Manning Stainton has been excellent. The office staff are very helpful and our sales negotiator, Jacob Onyando, was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and efficient in valuing the property and conducting the viewings. It is testament to his skill that the house was viewed on the Tuesday, went to best and final offer and was sold by Friday. A huge thank you Jacob.

We have been really pleased with the service we have received so far from Manning Stainton in particular, that from Jacob Onyando. Jacob has been incredibly proactive in providing updates, so much so we have never felt the need to call as we knew Jacob would be in touch. Our house sold within a week for more than the asking price and is progressing well due to Jacobs proactivness. We are very grateful to the service Jacob has provided to us.

Professional, Diligent, Excellent customer service end2end during somewhat difficult, stressful and protracted negotiations and sales process. Timely communications, understanding and supportive team throughout. Big thank you to Ben and Emma, Teresa, Charlotte and Jacob. Very grateful and pleased with everything and everyone and would definitely recommend!

What an amazing service from start to finish. Lauren Horne from the start helped us with securing the sale of our property. Nothing was too much for her and always at the end of the phone when I needed her. Charlotte Poutney our move manager was fantastic, every step of the way she made this a seamless process, noting was too much for her. The communication between us and our buyers was brilliant thanks to Charlotte, She was on the ball and always updating us. The sale was completed in 9 weeks and we believe it was down to Charlotte's help and support that this was possible. Both Ladies such a credit to the company.

We just bought our first house listed by Manning Stainton and we had an unbelievably smooth experience. This was hugely down to Charlotte who helped us every step of the way. She was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all our weird and wonderful questions. Charlotte acted as the perfect middle point between us and our buyers and I know this massively helped with our purchase progressing so quickly. We can't thank Charlotte and Manning Stainton enough for making what is supposed to be a stressful experience, an utter breeze!

The team in Garforth are so helpful & take time to understand your ideals & supportive throughout the process of selling your house & buying your new home.

I received amazing service from Charlotte Poutney at the Garforth branch I am greatful she was instructed for the sale of the house I was purchasing. She constantly kept me updated, never hesitated to chase updates from sellers solicitors, answered every phone call & responded to every email quickly thank you 😊

From our first meeting, valuation and through to final sale everything went smoothly with no problems.

Being kept up to date with what was happening, either by phone calls or email.
Always happy to help when I rang with a query or wanted an update.
Really friendly and helpful.

After changing estate agents to Manning Stainton Garforth, I was delighted with the instant response, professionalism and strength of communication they provided. The quality of the information they shared online, to how they positioned my property and also pro actively sourced potential buyers who may have not considered the area ended in a speedy sale. I would highly recommend!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Manning Stainton in both selling our own property, and finding a rental to move onto to. Ben and Emma were exceptional throughout the process; both kept our sale progressing and following up on things where needed to avoid any unnecessary delays. Communication was great throughout and both Ben and Emma maintain a great relationship with the buyers/ sellers/ solicitors to keep everything on track - they we both an integral part of helping us move us swiftly. They have a strong bank of buyers and can help you sell your home to the right person. We couldn’t recommend Manning Stainton enough!

I was selling the house of a deceased relative. I had two valuers come to the property one of which was the lovely Ben of Manning Stainton. I chose Manning Stainton because of the passion Ben had for the house. He could see its potential and that it had been a much loved home. I was lucky enough to be allocated Charlotte Poutney to handle the sale. Charlotte was professional, approachable and very helpful. I was kept up to date with every stage of the sale in real time. We hit a few bumps that were out of our control along the way but i always felt supported and we completed the sale. I would recommend this team to everyone who is wanting to sell their home.

We've recently bought a house through Manning Stainton and our Move Manager Charlotte Poutney was great: very friendly and professional and always happy to help. She replied to all our queries promptly and was great at chasing up third parties for more information. Our purchase completed in less than three months from offer acceptance to completion and we were both very happy with the service we received. Thank you!

The whole team at Mannings were so incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the process, through both selling my property (in 2 days!) and the purchase of a new property. A particular huge thanks to Megan who helped guide me through every step and answered all of the questions I had and helped me complete in only 12 weeks! Massive thanks again 🌟

They do not listen to the customer, apologise for mistakes that can not be resolved. Garforth Branch has absolutely no communication what so ever.

We were impressed, with the speed and efficiency, of the staff.
They were so friendly and sympathetic, to our situation it was a pleasure visiting the branch.
Many thanks to all at Garforth.

Excellent service from Manning Stainton with house sale and new purchase.

Great experience with staff at Manning Stainton Garforth Office (In-particularly Emma, thank you!) 🤓
Lovely pleasant staff who worked really hard, they also handled most of my viewings, saving me lots of hassle.
My property sold pretty quickly courtesy of all their very kind help & input..Well done to all involved!
Post sale up to completion, I was passed over to Joanne Willliams (Head Office), Joanne was superb throughout, very pleasant and great at her job 🤩 She frequently kept me up to date on how things were progressing and encouraged me all the way “We will get there” after having a few hiccups with the lower chain.
Eventually, less than 16 weeks later “We did get there” sale all done and dusted and now a distant memory hehe 😁
Thanks again to all involved, especially Joanne..Manning Stainton would be lost without you!! 🎉🎉🎉

We used Manning Stainton's conveyancing service when buying our property through them and having a connected approach with a move manager liaising between ourselves and the sellers made the process much less stressful.

Great support throughout the whole process
