Vastaus yritykseltä ManFirth Electric
Hi there Jack, we’re sorry it’s been over the estimated shipping time. Your order was placed on 28th and processed on the 29th. As the weekend fell over Xmas and the Monday and Tuesday we’re bank holiday the item was collected until Tuesday. This then had a 4 day period that couriers weren’t collecting.
You should receive today. Again we’re sorry about the slight delay, it was placed at the busiest time for courier collections over the bank holiday period. If you do order from us again, please please get in touch and we would happily explain the situation and update you rather than just reviewing us as 1 star. We really do appreciate your order.

I ordered an electric scooter of which was to come in 10 ten days, but arrived in 9. The price was about £1800 and ManFirth even sent me a discount code of about £100. Very pleased and will be more than happy to recommend them to future customers.

Vastaus yritykseltä ManFirth Electric
Good morning, sorry you feel this way.
On checking your order you ordered 1 x lighting module for the Kugoo g booster.
This is the exact part you were sent as per the item description.
We would have really appreciated some contact regarding your issue so we could have discuss what you believe to be purchasing.as the item sent and received is identical to the item you received.
If it’s not the item you require please simply email use at sales@manfirth.com to request our returns address and once the item has bee been received safely we will issue a full refund.
We would also really appreciate you reconsidering your 1 star review when you have ordered a part that is identical to the product listing; this isn’t an error by us, and the 1 star review really doesn’t reflect our service and overall excellent trust pilot rating.
If you have simply ordered the in correct part, please contact us to return the item.
See below the link again for the item you selected at checkout.
