Manchester Fireplaces Limited Arvostelua

Ordered an an original antique fireplace from this company and the service was A* right until delivery!

Excellent service would recommend 100%.

Really happy with the service provided by Manchester fireplaces. Product fantastic and free delivery a real plus.

We were very impressed with the knowledge of the staff at Manchester Fireplaces.
We went to buy a replacement inset " living fire" for our Victorian fireplace. We took in our old fire, which was recognised as a Real Fire", and were offered two replacements. Measurements were taken and the appropriate fire chosen.
We asked about getting a reliable gas fitter and were advised to check the Gas Safe Register, which we did.
Excellent service!

We received excellant service both from the shop and from Derek who fitted the fireplace extremely well.

This is the second time I have bought from Manchester fireplaces. The first time I bought a gas stove and more recently a Victorian fireplace surround. I had been looking for a while and they had just what I wanted. They gave very helpful advice and excellent customer service. I would, and have, recommended this company.

Manchester fireplaces started off with excellent service and communication, when I first placed the order. After 2 weeks ( which was the date for delivery) I was told they couldn't supply the Hearth I required. Being in the fireplace trade for many years I was disappointed with the time wasted after many conformations of the order. However, I feel this may be a one off but would be reluctant to use them again.

I found a fire surround on the Manchester fireplaces website that I was interested in. The team responded quickly to my enquiry and helped select a suitable insert. They provided photos of the items together, offered advice and designed and supplied a custom hearth to fit. The items were delivered promptly by a driver who was happy to help carry the items into the house.

Great all round service, I would definitely use them again

very efficient delivered the same day as the order.

Very helpful, reliable and a great product would definitely recommend

Much better quality than expected. A real solid product. The basket has been tried and tested by us and I can confirm that the basket does the job perfectly with the solid fuels we use. Prompt delivery and packaged securely and neatly.

Very helpful, unpretentious and good value. Unlike other shops we visited, happy to supply a hearth when we had bought our wood burner elsewhere.

Although this did no fit, the service I received was second to none

I was really impressed with the service; with helpful advice in choosing the correct hearth and flexible collection of purchase rather than normal delivery. Would recommend and use again.

Quality products received (cast iron fire, gas insert and hearth) with fast delivery and great customer service, I definitely recommend to anyone purchasing a new fire
Well done Manchester Fireplaces

Exactly what I wanted and exactly as described on the website.
Great quality, with delivery charges that didn't cost more than the item!
Delivery driver called to arrange delivery and bought the very heavy back panels into my living room - rather than leaving on the doorstep for me to break my back!

In our experience the dealings we had with Manchester Fireplaces were very satisfactory.Would recommend.

Fires fitted on time and really pleased with the service. However the surrounds were badly made. We had bought two waxed oak Lincoln surrounds. The first had a watermark on the surface Both had poorly fitted pieces of wood under the top. They swapped the surround to get rid of the watermark but both new surround were poorly built. Told that is how they are there was no redress. The fitters were great but the quality of the product is not what I expected.

Great range of fireplaces, very helpful staff and first class install. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks a lot.

I needed just a hearth at very short notice on Good Friday as the gas fire I had bought could not be wall mounted as anticipated. The guys at Manchester fireplaces were so helpful. Looked up what I'd bought, went hunting in the stockroom for something suitable. Bingo, I was on my way within half an hour with a reasonably priced granite hearth. New fire fitted that weekend and I couldn't be happier with the service from them.
