Wonderful communication pre and post villa booking! Claudia was amazing and helped made sure that our group had a wonderful first-time trip to Mallorca. The villa was stunning, incredible design & decor, perfect location, cleanliness was top notch - we will definitely be using them again for our next trips.

the booking process was great
the booking process was great, also the support and communication. The house was generally as described, but for the rent (12.000 Euro per week) I would expect much better cleaning, that was definitely a "not again" experience.

Dear Benjamin,
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the booking process and the villa itself to your satisfaction.
Regarding the cleaning, we sincerely regret that it did not meet your expectations. On your arrival day, the owner spent the morning specifically recleaning the glass and exteriors following the rain, which likely explains why some surfaces were still wet.
Our goal is always to provide a flawless experience. Since we understood everything was going well during our mid-stay check-in, we unfortunately missed the chance to make things right at the time and send the housekeeping team back to address these details for you immediately.
We are truly sorry that your stay fell short of a perfect experience. We value your feedback and would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to provide the seamless stay you deserve.
All the best,
Mallorca Collection Team

Fantastic holiday in Palma
We had a fantastic holiday in Paramount Townhouse in Palma - for the 3. time 3 generations of our family were gathered there - indeed all of us hope to come back again - the sooner the better!
The success was also due to all the support we got from Judit and Claudia from Mallorca Collection - thank you so much!
Kindest regards Hans Peter and my family

Very easy experience!
I would say the best thing is the level of clear communication you get from Judit. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Everything was very easy. Oh, and the house was perfect. EXACTLY like the photos show. Just as beautiful as the photos!

Very Good communication
Very good communication and beautiful villas. My only complaint is that the companies they use if you wish to hire a car or bike are based in the south of the island and therefore the charges are very high. They need more ‘preferred suppliers’ in the north.

Dear Lucy,
Thank you so much for your kind words and for highlighting both the beauty of our villas and the communication with our team. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed your stay with us.
Regarding our network of local providers, they are carefully selected from all over the island and we try to find the best fit for each individual case. For car hire, the proposed provider was in the North too, but the charges are indeed slightly higher when the vehicle is delivered and collected from the villa, as this involves a personal service at your doorstep. In any case, we truly value your feedback and will certainly take your suggestion into account.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Mallorca in the future.

Communication and stay was seamless and super easy. We could always communicate and talk to someone if we needed. We booked the villa months before our stay and were a little nervous since it was an international travel. The villa was amazing and the staff was so kind. They even came to give us a tour of the place when we first arrived! We mainly worked with Claudia, and she was so sweet! It really was too good to be true!

Claudia was very helpful and…
Claudia was very helpful and professional - a pleasure to work with. And the home we rented was wonderful. Perfect with kids. The one thing that could improve the experience would be to have more driver options at short notice. It is hard when traveling abroad to know exactly when you might need transportation, so I think it could help to have trusted drivers that could be ready on short notice versus having to book way in advance. Otherwise, the experiment all around was great!

The best experience we could’ve asked for
We stayed at the Zaffiro Villa in Port de Soller for our wedding in May this year. It was absolutely beautiful, in a beautiful location between the hills and only a short walk down the hill to the port where there’s bars and restaurants.
The villa is just breath taking - a combination of modern and historic! And the staff were so attentive - From start to finish we were well looked after, and our family and friends enjoyed the most special time.
We couldn’t have asked for any better - It was everything we dreamed of for our wedding.
