Smooth Booking and Great Service with a Minor Issue Well Handled
I had a great experience renting a villa through Mallorca Collection. The booking process was very smooth, and the team was helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was wonderful, exactly as described. The only downside was an issue with the master bedroom AC, which the host unfortunately couldn’t fix. However, the agency handled the situation professionally and offered a partial refund as compensation. Overall, I strongly recommend them and will definitely book through them again in the future.
