Excellent service from beginning to end. The courier service Tamdis were very professional and delivered on schedule. Overall we are very happy with the quality of the furniture.

I BOUGHT A HEADBOARD IN DECEMBER AND TO THIS DAY THE PRODUCT HAS NEVER ARRIVED. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Excellent service. Delivery people was helpful and friendly, so refreshing! They placed my item in the right room, remove my packaging, checked that my purchase was in good order and took the empty packaging with them. My marble side table was beautiful and exactly what what I expected. I am very happy with Maisons du Monde. Excellent!

Beautiful book shelf, no massive wood but the wood finish makes it look like massive wood.
Not cheap, but compared to the 'plastic' finish of products from other companies I prefer this one.
Easy to install, will recommend it.

Acquistato la poltrona letto Nio dopo averlo usato in un airbnb.
Struttura gradevole, comodo come seduta, ok per un uso occasionale. Il letto è un singolo dalle dimensioni generose. Forse aiuterebbe un topper per una dormita più confortevole ma tutto sommato fa il suo lavoro come letto extra da usare all'occorrenza

Three items from same shop- 2 delivery charges and 3 different deliveries. Poor information re date and time. Visited store to ask for information and was told we just had to stay in every day until they arrived! Not good enough! Shame as lovely products but delivery service and in store help disappointing!

Was a brilliant experience both times we went. Staff are so kind and helpful. Really helped us find the correct products and we’re so patient! Loved our experience, highly recommend. The staff always makes or breaks an experience and the staff here were INCREDIBLE! Also no idea why it says maison du monde UK as our experience was in diagonal Barcelona.

The best delivery experience for good value products.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM! This is one of the worst companies I have ever come across in my life. They will sell you what looks like relatively good quality furniture at very cheap prices. I guess such things are always too good to be true. What does arrive is poor qulaity, but 90% of your goods will not arrive. The delivery service is a joke. They will wait 2-3 weeks to contact you- if they contact you at all. They will then make no effort to delivery having of course taken all of your money. They will then offer no possibility of a refund without a 50% penalty cost- for their failure to deliver. Their customer service are rude and aggressive and you will essentially end up in a never ending spiral of having no furniture and them holding onto your money. If you want to be robbed in broad daylight, by all means, go right ahead...
