Sinceramente, me siento un poco decepcionado con la experiencia. Tardaron más de un mes en enviarme el pedido, y para poder ponerme en contacto me tuvieron 20’ esperando en el teléfono. El mueble, no llegó en buen estado, era un mueble de TV y la madera incluso estaba abierta y estaba un poco tocada, aunque el otro mueble si estaba perfectamente. No pude hacer la devolución porque después de tanto tiempo necesitaba el mueble si o sí, pero no estoy satisfecho con ello.

First of all, I love the tableware with this palm tree, and I'm extremely satisfied with the shipping and delivery, which I'd gladly give 5 stars for. Unfortunately, two bowls were missing from the shipment, which are now only available for pickup. Customer service immediately refunded my money, which I appreciate. However, I'm a little disappointed, as I've been looking for this exact tableware for so long, and I really wanted these matching bowls.

Seemingly absolutely zero customer service. I have been waiting for an order 2 weeks longer than the estimated delivery period. I have attempted to call them, but you remain on hold for an eternity and still no one answers. I have contacted them via social media (Facebook and Instagram) and no one responds. I have emailed them, and still no response. Complete lack of care. At this point I am still waiting for a response. Shocking. Don't waste your time. Maisons du Monde like to portray themselves as a premium brand.....sadly they are not.

Promotion fantôme et service client inexistant
J’ai repéré un kiosque de jardin à 600 € sur le site Maisons du Monde, affiché à -20 %. Problème : dès que je l’ajoute au panier, la réduction disparaît. J’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises (formulaire, appels, relances…). À chaque fois, on me dit que le problème est "remonté", qu’on va "me rappeler"… mais rien ne bouge depuis plus d’une semaine.
Ce manque de réactivité est inadmissible pour un achat de ce montant. Je demande simplement que la promotion affichée soit appliquée, comme le prévoit la loi. Si aucune solution rapide n’est proposée, je me verrai obligée d’alerter les autorités compétentes pour pratique commerciale trompeuse.
En attendant, je déconseille fortement de commander sur leur site sans avoir vérifié deux fois les prix.

We ordered 2 chairs that came faulty - We were offered €30 !!! In compensation to keep them, absolute joke. Now they wont accept them back without original packaging. Avoid buying anything online - they will not rectify and faults and you will not get a refund. We will never use them ever again

The shelves were beautiful, no doubt about it. But no instructions or whatsoever or some screws to hang them - which is the most common practice when you buy shelves or similar online.

Honestly worst experience EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a stunning boucle sofa and only the BASE OF THE SOFA ARRIVED. No back of the sofa not even the legs came. Its the biggest joke of a company ever. They do not even have a contact email and have no solution. Im working on a chargeback from my bank as we speak.
