Great customer service

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s first week of college at FAU. They did a great job working with us on same day delivery at her dorm. The flowers may be the most beautiful arrangement, I’ve ever ordered!

You’re absolutely right — using a Home Depot bucket is not acceptable and doesn’t reflect our brand. Unfortunately, we had 100 roses going out at once and no suitable containers available at that moment to keep the flowers hydrated. That was a mistake, and we sincerely apologize. This will never happen again.

Stunning

This was my first time buying from Maison Le Fleur. The flowers were exactly like the picture on the website. The staff was in constant contact with me for delivery. I will definitely order again.

The card i personally filled out was…

The card i personally filled out was not delivered and the quality was not as I expected. Arrangement had a big empty spot in the middle. The majority of the flowers were cut real short and placed on the bottom edge and petals were falling off before she could even bring them home.

1. The personalized card you mentioned was indeed delivered and is clearly visible in the bouquet (please see attached photo from the delivery location — circled in orange).
2. Regarding the arrangement: the flowers were freshly prepared, and the design followed the selected style. We understand floral preferences are personal, and we regret if this one didn’t meet your expectations.
3. As for the flower condition — the delivery was made promptly and in a temperature-controlled vehicle. If there was any damage during transportation or after receiving, we would be happy to review it further.
