Flowers were delivered on the 5th of September, by the 12th, they started browning, by today they were fully dead. I called customer service and they said it's normal, like I've never bought flowers before. Normal flower shops will have larger arrangements that would last longer and cost you less than $500!

Roses die lessThan a week!!!! Absurd!!!
The flowers were absolutely beautiful but you buy 2 dozen roses and they only last six days for that price it’s unacceptable. I have had roses for two weeks that still look good. The company says 5-7 days well I advise you to go elsewhere for flowers because these are not going to last even 7 days. What a joke!!!

NO MESSAGE, NO DATE GIVEN. I was told after ordering online…
I was told after ordering online someone would call me to arrange a date of when flowers would be delivered, NOT! So, I texted you, giving you order number and message on flowers as well as when to deliver. To my shock you delivered them the same day! I was pissed, my daughter’s Birthday and Mother’s Day fell on the same day, you delivered flowers 4 days early!!! She had no idea who they were from, she thought she had a secret admirer, I had to break it to her that the flowers were from her mother. How dare you NOT CALL ME to ask if I wanted a message on flowers. I was VERY disappointed.
