Absolutely fantastic experience with Mainland Aggregates. After being let down badly by another supplier, Mainland Aggregates were a breath of fresh air. The ordering process was seamless, and the delivery arrived exactly on time and incredibly fast (two day delivery).
A special shout-out to the delivery driver who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional when dropping off the bags. Excellent service from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The delivery had an issue but was sorted very fast. However I ordered the wrong item and it couldn't be returned. I understand that this was my fault and I can't expect the company to fix my problem. I have used the company in the past and loved the items delivered. I also have lots of projects going on around my property so I will be using them in the future. Just be extra careful that you are ordered the correct product!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased to hear that you were happy with your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to collect the pallets. This is because they can only be recovered once the gravel has been fully used, which would require us to arrange collection at a later time. A practical way to recycle them is to list the pallets on Facebook Marketplace, where they are often quickly collected by others who can reuse them.
