Ordered 3 pounds of alaskan red king crab legs as a gift for mothers day. Total weigh including Styrofoam box was 2 pounds 4 ounces. Really? What thievery and complete lack of respect for their customers!

This is my second and final order with this company after 2 horrible experiences.

You will not get what you pay for with Maine Lobster Now. Plain and simple.

We had live lobster delivers to Oregon. They were here in less than 24 hours.They were alive and tasted great. Thank you for your fast service

I made an order for NYE and unfortunately FedEx not only didn’t deliver they sent it back to their distribution center and it arrived days later on 1/2. Very gross but I did get a full refund with the very inexpensive protection policy. Do not remove it. Fast forward to Mother’s Day and yay 4 live 1.75 lobsters arrived with steamers. About 1/3 rd were broken but they will refund. The lobsters were awesome and really kicking!

We received five lobsters around Christmas containing an empty plastic package with no dry ice in the afternoon, We kept them refrigerated until the next day. When cooked, the meat was complete mush that smelled rotten, we obviously could not eat them. Ruined our birthday celebration
They refused to give us a refund. Our bank card finally had to charge them back after a six week battle, The fish was bad and they acted like crooks.

I had ordered last year in September and unfortunately had a bad experience with expired lobsters. But I thought I would give it one more try for Mother's Day 2020. I will not order from here again. Steamers were so tiny and tasteless and lobsters we ordered were suppose to be 1 1/2 pounds. Weighed them and they were a bit under 1 1/4. Learned my lesson.

I've ordered lobster, several times, for my son and daughter-in-law Sara, in Alaska. This year, with the silliness that's going on I most likely WILL not be going there in June for Justin's birthday. I will HOWEVER order them a number of tails (cooked and frozen) for overnight shipping to Wasilla Ak.

This place IS fantastic and I'm very glad I found it a number of years ago. IIRC it was Sara's mom who told me about it.

Loved my order and it was beyond expectations! Arrived the day I wanted them, on time for a perfect dinner, and the lobsters were alive. Their sale price made it even better. Thanks for making the dinner perfect. Definitely a good ordering experience and would recommend them as a preferred place to order live lobsters.

Ordered Giant scallops, but received the smaller Jumbo scallops for the price of Giant. Not a good first time buyer experience.

Hi there,
I ordered six different kind of seafood. I ate Atlantic salmon fillet, Atlantic wild-Caught Haddock and Sea Scallops. They were delicious. Last night I had Maine Lobster Bisque w/ Lobster Meat. It was good but not enough meat. It was like broth. Two more to go next week, Shrimp & Corn Chowder and Maine Lobster Tails 5oz-6oz.
I will order again in the future on those three seafoods that I ate.

Received the 2 lb lobster plus clam chowder for my birthday recently from my family. It was absolutely out of this world. Best lobster & chowder I've ever had. So delicious. Very well packed when delivered. Perfect gift!

I ordered the Twin Lobster Dinner for Two for my parents who live in a rural town in South Georgia. I was a little concerned about the delivery being timely, but they received it at 1:00 p.m. on the day I requested. They only had to throw out 5 mussels out of the whole two pounds and all 4 lobster were alive and kicking.

My parents had never cooked lobster or mussels before, but the instructions were included and very easy to follow. They said everything was so fresh and delicious. They loved the whole package, from the lobster & mussels to the bibs and lobster crackers. Everything they needed was included. My dad said even the Whoopie Pies that were included in the dinner were amazing. They couldn't say enough about everything.

We will definitely be ordering from Maine Lobster Now in the future.

Ordered this lighthouse dinner as a thank you gift, for my brother in law and his wife. Lobsters arrived fresh and alive! They absolutely were amazed and raved about it the whole day, posting the whole process on Instagram, from unpacking to cooking. I received my Crab Legs in two days, opened up the box and was VERY HAPPY with my portion. The Alaskan King Crab was DELICIOUS. Yesterday I received 2 a pound and a half lobsters and a pound of steamers. I must say they were the sweetest ones and the fullest ones I have had. They arrived alive well packed. My nephew sent it to his mom and I for Mother’s Day. What a surprise. I have been telling my family and friends about your company and hope they order from you.

A bit of our history: we moved from Seattle WA to NYS (North Country) so we know fresh seafood. Fresh seafood is hard to find up here, especially now with travel restriction. This is our first order. The mussels were EXCELLENT!! fresh, lots of flavor, on the sweet side. Our 6 yo son ate 1 full pound of them! The Haddock filet were amazing: really nice thickness, firm, no smell, the firmness stayed on after cooking, taste was amazing.
Rest to try: Atlantic Salmon, scallops and crab cakes!
Will for sure order again!!!!

I ordered the JUMBO JONAH CRAB CLAWS supposedly..but turns out they were MUCH smaller than the ones I have purchased in my hometown for a cheaper price..jumbo was the reason I ordered from here and I was expecting that for the price...the delivery and customer service was really great but just disappointed in the size of the crab claws and some of the meat had fallen apart..I guess from shipping..so I advise everyone to read reviews before making purchases.

Everything we ordered was perfectly awesome! We got lobster tails and it was the best we have ever had. We had the scallops, which were phenomenal!! I have never tasted a better scallop. The ones you get at restaurants do not even compare. Also, we got the soups, which were so good. This order was worth the money we paid for it. If I had one criticism, it would be that the lobster tail was not in a sealed bag, so quite a bit of water on it when I took it out spilled on floor, but no problem, it was all wonderful!! I will definitely be a customer for life, as long as the quality holds up to this first order!!
