I wouldn't have given them one star. Today is my birthday. Decided to go today to get my FREE coffee and was denied. Keep in mind that I already knew about the 7 days purchase of one coffee in advance prior to the actual birthday. Therefore, I purchased two within March early April so I could get my free drink today on April 17th. I was told today at the window that there wasn't any recording of any purchases and therefore I would need to pay. My question is why were the drinks I purchased PREVIOUSLY not recorded? I was so damn upset today. I spoke with multiple representatives and supervisors. Yet, NOTHING! Turned away on my birthday. Done with this company. I have been buying from them for YEARS! No more. DONE!🎂

Starbucks is known worldwide for selling high quality products. While in college, both in my Bachelors Program and again in my Masters Degree Program, I chose Starbucks as my project for case study assignments. During the course of these case studies, I learned that for the most part the employees truly enjoyed working there, unlike employees working at Walmart, who in large part did not enjoy their place of employment

i work as a cross guard today was 83F and i stand out in that for an hour plus walking with warm water by mid shift in my water bottle nearing heat stroke and was told i needed to buy something to get complimentary water even though I'm a regular and pop in throughout the day due to my post being close and morning expresso shots for morning shift its disheartening that they put this policy in place

I went to Starbucks on Shelburne Road the other day and I must’ve waited five seconds for my coffees thanks vina and Sarah, who served me .that has to be my number one store that I go to cause they know how to treat customers and they do a Super job at

In the past I have spent over $2,000 a year at Starbucks and was recently significantly disappointed with a purchase of a pound of coffee which I purchased nearly weekly. The bag seemed small to me when I got home so I waited and it was 12.3 Oz for a 16 oz bag. I was not happy and severely disappointed when I went back to the store they suggested they would exchange it for a new pound of coffee which was great. However, there was no apology there was no recognition of the fact that I had to travel back to the store round trip with $5 a gallon gas and my valuable time.

I understand that some of the refreshers are expensive but the coffee is delicious. The coffee is delicious and probably my favorite cup in the world. If you want a strong, enjoyable, and lovely cup of coffee, go to Starbucks every time. Expensive but totally worth it.

I am active duty military and just returned home, I didn't know that our points expire after 6 months. I called to see if I could get them reinstated due to there are no Starbucks where I have been. The answer is no. I have a screen shot of the conversation, however it doesn't allow me to upload to this review. My last purchase was 136.59
- coffee for my study group. I spend/ spent a great deal of money with Starbucks. I will no longer spend my money with Starbucks.

I go to many starbucks due to my jobs takes me all over. But my two favorite stores are 5520-275649, their baristas are friendly and very kind, and store 48574-263524, one particular barista is the greatest, sweetest woman her name is Brandy! I recommend either store for friendly service!!!!

If I could give half a star, I absolutely would. My experience at the Ontario Mills Starbucks at 960 Ontario Mills Drive, drive-thru was incredibly disappointing and honestly left a bad taste for me and my family.

After a long day of shopping with my 7 and 11 year-old, we stopped by for something simple, just two small cups of water. We had even made a purchase at this same location earlier that morning. Despite that, our request was denied.

While the young woman working the drive-thru was articulate, her tone came across as extremely condescending, which only made the situation more frustrating, considering my children heard the entire conversation over the intercom. It’s disheartening to be treated this way, especially as someone who has been a loyal Starbucks customer for years.

Beyond personal visits, I also professionally support Starbucks by catering all of our work and community engagement events through them, often sponsoring coffee for attendees. That’s part of why this experience was so surprising and disappointing.

Unfortunately, this interaction has significantly impacted how I view the brand. I hope management takes situations like this seriously, because small moments of customer service can leave lasting impressions, for better or worse

Totally messed up our order, we were supposed to have an iced drink which we received hot and the cold drink did not include any of the add ons we asked for. Plus they gave us our food extremely cold.

I love Starbucks over the other coffee shops, but, today's visit wasn't as good.
I was told they don't take cash!!! Wth! Lucky I had my card with me. They forgot my drink, and I waited for it as I certainly wasn't paying nearly £9 for a pan au chocolate! Although even with the drink those prices are extortionate. The pan au chocolate was huge and difficult to work out where to eat from. I also wasn't asked if I was eating in or taking away. Meaning I got a cup instead of a ceramic mug and my pastry in a bag not on a plate.

I get charged 4.95 for a tall matche latte and now I get charged .80c more because I want the sugar free syrup instead of regular syrup? Starbucks is getting ridiculously expensive and it’s just not worth it anymore. I’ll make my own drinks at home thank you very much!

Purchased a Chicken Caesar Wrap, absolutely 💯 grim ! It was so dry I needed a bottle of water to swollow it down. I ordered a Flat White, it came in the smallest of cups, like an Americano !
All for the grand price of £8.00 and loose coins. Never again , what a rip of

I get a negative and cold vibe everytime I go to this branch on Sepulveda and Vose in Van Nuys.
I feel I have to wait longer than usual to get my order and I find workers there are trained right to be friendly and efficient. Sorry, I wouldn't want to go back there.
