We were looking for a Trinity College - Himalayan Birch Tree and after researching various suppliers came across these, they came out top of our list. Tree came as described, within the timeframe promised and looked in excellent condition. The tree looks very good and came with excellent instructions, time will tell but we are optimistic it will thrive in the location we selected.

Ordering was easy, website easy to navigate and the tree I received was a really good size and seems very healthy. The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is that I received an email advising delivery would be within the following 48 hours, i didn't receive the order, and didn't receive any notification advising of a delay - I tried contacting them but phone went straight to answer machine which then advised that the inbox was full so I couldn't leave a message to enquire about my order, sent an email and sent a message via Facebook. The order did in fact turn up the following day with the driving telling me there had been delays, so all ended well, however it would've been good customer service to advise their customers of the delay. Apart from that I'm very satisfied with this company and I would definitely order from them again

The trees are excellent quality, excellently priced, lovely, healthy, well shaped specimens!
The website does indicate they are a small company and there was indeed a bit of a wait and a communication gap, but no fear, they did arrive beautifully packed and we are very happy.

The ordering was simple, a short delay due to the weather but the trees arrived safe and well packaged, they seem good quality. Overall really happy and would buy from this company again such great value.

Great trees and good communication.
Sometimes you have to wait a little while for them to arrive but they are well worth the wait. Every tree I’ve bought has been successful including one that was a little reluctant at first but (on advisement for treatment) it decided that growing was better than eviction and it’s now a beautiful young tree.

Was a nit nervous ordering trees online but they arrived very well packaged and protected. We are very happy with the quality and size of the trees.
Would definitely order from this company again.

When site easy to use , got an email within couple of days letting me know when it was being delivered .
Tbh the quality of the tree was really good and very good value for money . Only downside if you want to call them it goes to VM which is full so a little frustrating
