Customer service is quite prompt and helpful. They solved my account/subscription related problem within 24 hrs. The app and title collection itself is decent enough and back issues available to read as well [important for me]. The web view isn't the most usable but the app solves that problem. Either case, I have been using the service for nearly 3 years now and found it quite good.

Scam! Starts a hidden subscription without you knowing about it, via your mobile subscription. Be ware! I was scammed for several months before i discovered a Magzter bill, did not even know what Magzter was!

The response from Magzter customer service (Nancy) was very prompt and she helped in resolving the concern seamelssly.

i missed the renewal payment, Amanda Cruz helped me on that.

I happened to noticed that I received a second email confirming payment of my annual Magzter fee, but for a different date. At first I thought it was just a second confirmation - but decided to check my account. Sure enough the next payment came off.

I reached out to the Help team, and after checking, they apologised and put through a refund right away.

On checking previous years, I found that the same had happened in 2024 and 2023, but I had not picked it up. When I advised the Magzter team, they advised that refunds could not be done that far back, however, instead they have set my subscription up to 2028 . . .

This is EXTREMELY gracious, and as a customer, this was an Amazing Customer Experience !!!

If there can be a zero star I would choose that option. These people run ads over Facebook and maybe other social media platforms. Accidentally clicked it. It automatically charged my card without even a warning that they will be charging beforehand. My payment methods are saved in my Gpay, google or other shopping platforms so it will be easier for me to go ahead and shop online due to work but here they are, no authorization to charge me but did and refund is impossible. I worked in this field and I know they have the option. They need their company some revenue and that is why they scam people so they get the money. Scammers!!! Give me back my money!

I have used Magzter for a few years & have loved being able to read multiple magazines for less than the cost of subscribing to all of them or buying issues at a bookstore or newsstand. Recently, I noticed that the bookmarking feature had stopped working. I left a 3-star review on Google Play store detailing the issue. Someone at Magzter replied to my review with their email address to send them details of the issue. I emailed them as they requested, & within a couple of days got a reply that they had diagnosed the problem & would release an update, then get back to me. That took maybe another day or so, & they did let me know when the update was available. I updated the app on my device & everything works perfectly now. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response & resolution of the problem.

I think the best magazines and newspaper digital platform. I am waiting for New York Times and others. I think ezread support must be for all magazines and newspapers. In ezread mode there can be bookmark feature. Overall these guys are the best.

Ordered a magazine subscription for the first time, with this company. As of Jan 10th, the January issue has neither been emailed to me nor is it available on their site. They claim that they reached out to the publisher who "didn't respond". So much for a middleman! We are now well into January and I can see the latest issue of the magazine online elsewhere. Requested a refund. They ignored the request and informed me the January issue should be available by "Jan 17th". What a crock! Could have purchased the same issue in the grocery store. Moral of story? Subscribe directly from the magazine's own website or kill a tree and buy a copy!

Bought last year as a Christmas gift for my wife. She loves it so bought again this year. Excellent support from customer services. Good value.

OK when it works, but very often doesn't. Only been a member for 2 weeks, often can't get my favourite paper, now locked out for 2 days with error message please try again after some time. Unfortunately I paid for a year upfront!

This company is a complete scam. I wrote them 3 times to cancel my subscription. The continue sending me offers and asking me for the reason for cancellation. I told them 3 times that I don't have time to use their service anymore.
And they are still trying to charge my card every week. I am lucky that my old card has expired and they cannot renew my subscription. But it is super annoying to continue receiving emails for unsuccessful renewing when you explicitly asked 3 times to cancel the subscription! Stay away from Magzter scammers!

Magzter is a great magazine portal catering for all needs.

Every hobby or interest is covered, not by one magazine only, but a multiple number of magazines for that interest!

There Helpdesk is quick and helpful...a breath of fresh air!

I subscribed to Magzter gold as it contained the Cambridge Evening News. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is some of the magazines listed as gold are discontinued or old back issue only such as Reader's Digest International. The app doesn't allow you to set it up to automatically download new issues.

Been a subscriber for several years, and the magzter experience has always been good, but it was their excellent customer service that impressed recently.

Magzter instantly enabled an alternative payment mechanism on request, and then confirmed receipt (and activated my subscription) manually when the payment process showed an error (even though the payment went through).

All this practically in real time over emails across time zones.

No dark patterns in the payment process either, and that is now a rare and precious thing to see in India.

I have been a subscriber of Magzter for years. In my opinion, it's the best platform to read magazines and Newspapers wherever we go and whenever without the hassle of carrying all the magazines with us. Great reading experience.

Good turnaround to resolve the issue relating to non-receipt of notfication

It is really a wonderful experience so far. It is having plethora of reading options. Even response to customer's query is also so fast. However some time I find that one or two magazines like Forbes India are unavailable. Otherwise, overall I have really a great experience and I am enjoying my subscription.

After Magzter not delivering the payed for issues of my magazine. They blame the publisher for a faulty computer connection. Blame the Customer for not being patiënt. Time to blame your own incompetance?

From South Africa, the other side of the world, I emailed a query in regard ro access to my Magzter subscription. My query arrived in USA in the evening. A courteous, helpful and comprehensive reply was back with me on my computer in less than 24 hours after my query, despite the intervening night period. It can't get better than that !!!!
