Makes condition worse.
Had stiffness in my neck and pain in my left shoulder so tried the magnetic liner to go inside my pillow but it has only made the condition worse and given me headaches.

good service but goods disappointing
The bangles description did not mention how small they were, more for a female wrist, I am a guy with a large wrist and the bangles do not go round my wrist, a waste of money, although the quality and design are excellent.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND NO COMPASSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
when i first ordered from this company ,i was pleased that as i was paying for next day delivery it would be delivered by dhl..and not yodel,so i went ahead and ordered, my dispatch email confirmed item would be delivered by dhl....but low and behold at the bottom of the email was a yodel tracking number!!!! when i rang the company to enquire,they had no reason for this and said their was nothing they could do!!..... the next morning i managed to track the parcel,the parcel was out for delivery, ,when i receive another email from company STATING THEY HAD CANCELLED THE DELIVERY AND ORDER!!!!! and were going to send out again the next day via dhl!!!!!!!.... shocked , i just let them get on with it, ......i received the item 3 days later after PAYING FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY!!!!, no offer of a refund at all !!!!!! then i receive the bracelet, THE TAG IS TIED SO TIGHT ROUND AN ELASTIC BRACELET, THE ONLY WAY TO REMOVE WAS TO CUT IT, BUT IF I DID THAT I MIGHT CUT THROUGH THE ELASTIC!!!!! I HAVE OSTEOARTHRITIS,SO YOU CAN IMAGINE MY FRUSTRATION..... i ring the company to ask to return....they tell me to take it to the post office, AFTER TELLING ME THAT THE TAG IS EASILY REMOVED, EVEN WITH WHAT I SUFFER WITH.!!!!!.... i try to explain that my post office is over a mile away ,and i cannot get their, could she arrange a collection ?? NO SHE SAID, IF WE MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR ONE THEN WE WOULD HAVE TO DO IT FOR EVERYONE ??/?/??? !!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! WHERE IS YOUR COMPASSION??????? YOU MUST DEAL WITH PEOPLE THAT SUFFER WITH WHAT I DO ON A DAILY BASIS ,MY GOODNESS !!!!! I AM IN CONSTANT PAIN, SO TO BE TOLD TO WALK TO THE POSTOFFICE AND TRY AND REMOVE A TAG IS DAMN RIGHT CRUEL!!!! We have recently updated our courier company from DHL to yodel, which is why your order was originally shipped via yodel, we do apologize for the email which stated it would be delivered by Yodel and DHL, this obviously isn't possible and was our mistake which we have now rectified.
We then went to great lengths and costs to our self to cancel the Yodel shipment after it had be sent, and to also resend via DHL at your request. Due to reasons you stated that there where issues with Yodel in your area.
There was a day delay in your order due to your request to change the shipping method, which we did kindly also offer a partial refund to bring the cost you paid for delivery to standard.
We are always happy to accept any return and offer a full refund within 28 days, which you stated your partner would be able to do in a few weeks, which is well within the 28 days.
