Absolutely love everything I got from…
Absolutely love everything I got from Magic Linen. I definitely need to get the shorts in more colors, and the bandeau is soo cute, I need it in more colors too. I also got a bandana that is perfect!! I got my husband a long sleep button down, and he loves it too. Highly recommend!!

Magic Linen has absolutely the Most Superb Quality and Excellently Made Linen Clothing we have ever found. Their clothes are soft, comfortable and beautifully made. Over the last 4 years we have purchased All our linen clothing from Magic Linen and would go nowhere else. Their Customer Service is also excellent & responsive - always willing to exchange or return and answer any questions.

Fishing Stuff happening at Magic Linen
The buttons came off after 8 months and the ties in the corner broke. I went to write a review and they don’t allow people to write reviews. The customer service rep was like oh I’m not sure how to do that can we call you back? Literally all their reviews are fake. Why can’t I find the spot to write my review on the product I bought?
The company wouldn’t even send me some replacement ties, thread, and some buttons to sew on myself. They sent me a 20% off coupon to repurchase their product. That’s hilarious

While these sheets are very pretty ( I got a custom sized sham), there is NO way to sleep on them because the linen is so scratchy. I tried everything they said to soften them…..soaking them in baking soda, soaking them in vinegar, etc. washed them at least 10 times but they are still so scratchy they gave me a rash on my face. They seem to be drapery quality….not a soft linen that would be used for linens or clothing. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend these to anyone wanting to sleep with them. They were good with making me what I wanted, in the size I wanted, but the quality is just not there. It’s really too bad.

If you like feeling of sand paper on your skin then these are the sheets for you. Slept horribly with these sheets which makes me feel that these sheets are horrendously over priced for what they offer in comfort. I wouldn't recommend buying them.

Linen sheets tend to be a bit unpleasant and scratchy when they are used for the first time. However, softness improves each time after washing and using them. You may try washing them with mild detergent and natural softeners and see if the quality improves. Alternatively, please be aware that we are always happy to accept the items back as a return or exchange them for any other products from our shop. Our brand offers 30 days of sleep trial and you can return even used bedding if you feel not satisfied with it.
I would appreciate it if you can get back to me when you can so we could solve this situation for you asap.
