It takes ridiculously long time to get your order, almost a month

These are without a doubt the most high quality and wonderful linen shirts I have ever bought. I tried one, went back for the same style in another color/print, and my 3rd is a camp shirt that I looked at first. Even down to the placement of the button holes, not to say the fabric and workmanship-. This review is no exaggeration. I've been looking for linen for so long and I just happened across Magic Linen and boy am I glad I took the plunge. They all arrived in a timely fashion, packed neatly but wow-what a great items!! As someone who has been mail ordering for many years, I am pleased as punch to have found this company. Now I don't have to worry about going out to (somewhere?) to get wonderful clothing like this. Worth every penny and more.

Beautiful products and a demonstration that it is possible to be in a fabrics-based business and operate sustainably. We've had their wonderful sheets for years and love them. We just ordered a new set and they arrived in a plain cardboard box, wrapped in compostable plastic that didn't have any labels stuck on to interfere with composting, and no unnecessary tags on the sheets. Just a recyclable post card with a 15% off discount code. Love it. Love the commitment and love the company. Only down side is they no longer answer their customer service emails.

Not only is the clothing high quality and in perfect quality, but the customer service was excellent.

I cant wait to wear my new linen in Italy!

The sheet set I ordered came in a timely manor. The arrived in a cute linen bag (which I will be using for other things) Usually I have to use vinegar and baking soda to soften linen I buy but these sheets came soft already. Extremely well made with excellent craftmenship. I HIGHLY recommend MagicLinen for your linen needs. You wont want or need to buy from anywhere else again. Trust me I have a linen fetish and have tried many other makers but MagicLinen is above them all and you will not be disappointed. They truly are the best!!!

Excellent customer service and quality items! Needed some custom sizes for curtains and when I reached out with questions they were extremely helpful, kind, speedy with replies, and even helped me order some sample swatches so I could make sure the color was exactly as desired. Unbelievably fast shipping too, I thought they would have still been working on the custom order, but they were already finished and delivered within a week, a wonderful surprise. And the quality was just as expected, overall a great ordering experience and will definitely be ordering more from them in the future. I have been a loyal customer over a couple of years now. I have had the opportunity to compare linen bedding from a few other companies at the same price point and they have not been able to stand the comparison.
I have several mix set of fitted sheets, flat sheets, covers and pillowcase, the colour palet is beautiful and the quality is very satisfying (190 g/sqm) and confortable to sleep in, whenever it’s winter or summer. I also have a couple of pajamas that are lovely and true to size. I even purchased a couple of curtains set (they’re very simple though but with a wide variety of dimensions).
My experience with the client service has also been good (a missing article and a return for exchange).
