Terrible service
This was a solicitor that was assigned by my insurance company because the other party hadn’t paid
From start to finish they were terrible, put my wife down as the driver when I was actually driving the car
When I rung them up they were so unhelpful and seemed totally unbothered
Correspondence was dreadful and had to ring and ring to get them to get get all the details correct
Settled the claim without my say so
If these were my solicitors I would have fired them

We're sorry you have had to write a negative review due to what seems to be an issue regarding communication on our part. Your insurer has confirmed that you were not required to pay an excess as they had waived this, and therefore the repair garage should not have charged you an excess. Your insurer has confirmed that they will contact the garage in question to resolve this with them directly and your insurer should then be in touch with you.

I am a Senior Citizen and was upset to think we were being held responsible for an accident that was our fault and information required by you on line that we didn’t understand but having spoken to a lady in your office it was sorted. Incompetence and laziness
I was asked to give all information 11 months after the incident. All of this information including names and numbers etc was already in their possession including my name and details. They continued to pester despite this cause anger and stress, all due to their incompetence and laziness. Strangely enough the case was dealt with and concluded without my input

Woefully poor service
Woefully poor service which failed in a number ways all of which have been reported back in detail to my insurers who instructed them on my behalf. I am a retired solicitor and if this was my firm I would be embarrassed.

A pretty poor experience

Dreadful communication, might have prejudiced claim.
These solicitors were instructed by my insurance company to recover the ‘total loss’ of my car. The court documents that they sent out were incorrect and I sent them details of the hire car details and notified them of a personal injury claim that was ongoing with a different solicitor. They failed to acknowledge this information or advise on the inclusion of the hire car claim. The next correspondence I received was that the claim has been settled, though no mention of anything that they were (allegedly) trying to recover for - as they put it - the inconvenience’ I’d been out through. I’d had that this wasn’t a priority for me at all, though they told me that they would seek this discretionary award.
To date, I have no idea if they have prejudiced either the claim for the hire car costs or my personal injury claim. I wouldn’t trust them to act for me even for the most straight forward of matters. There are plenty of other firms out there with much better client communication / care.

very little contact between them and myself occasional email asking me to use a portal which I could never use for Nico in touch with a person looking after my claim my decision to accept 50-50 left it with him and ask him if he would let me know. Yeah I am if this would be accepted nothing for weeks. Sorry not very good customer relation would like to be kept in the loop better accident happened in July 2002. I started hearing about this months later and finally got a letter of completion in March 23
