Never received my items. They were investigating why I never received my phone case. They kept telling me to wait and see if it would arrive and also asked if I had “issues” receiving items at my address before. Once I asked for my money back, I never heard again from them again. Also blocked me from their Facebook. Waste of time. Don’t know how their business is still up and running!!!!

For the first week I loved the case. After about a week I can no longer get my charging cords to charge my phone in the case. I’ve tried several cords. I was so careful sliding phone in and out ... followed instructions carefully. Now it’s just a piece of junk ! DO NOT BUY !!! I noticed they don’t accept returns even a few days old unless it is “unopened”. Probably because this happens A LOT !!!

I'm so Confused by all of the bad reviews. I came across Luxy lemon on instagram and fell in love. I placed an order right away. I then decided to do some research and was freaking out, so many people saying they never received their product, this company is a scam etc. I received my product within two weeks! I love my case, the design is even prettier in person, and being able to charge my phone whenever I need is fantastic. My only complaint is that it is quite bulky and the top is obviously not protected. Maybe I just got lucky. Idk

Worst customer service! They are a scam! My case stopped working not even a month after I got it, and customer service will not message me back.

Do not buy any thing from luxylemon . I sent the phone case back to them because it didn’t look good. I waited for over 10 days never got a refund. I tried to email to them never got a response.
I think I will never get my money back. I just reviewed on google, this company is scam.
I should have googled first before buying!

Battery cases stopped working after 3 months. Contacted the company and they won’t respond. Called my bank and the local news to see if the company will respond to either of them. Don’t waste your money on this crappy product.

I purchased the “Marble Charging Case” from Luxy Lemon 1 week ago today. After using it only 2 times it completely stopped working. I am extremely disappointed and slightly angered by this. I wish I’d done my research before making the purchase.

I purchased a phone case from this company a while ago, and at first they were relatively responsive to my messages. Then 3 months passed, there was no sign on my case, and they blocked my emails so I was unable to contact the company!

This is a scam!! Luckily I paid with PayPal and took it up with them to get a refund, but it's appalling they are even allowed to continue to sell 'products'.

They suck! They sent me a broken case and when I asked them to do a exchange they stopped responding to my messages. It’s been over 3 weeks now. They asked for pictures and videos I sent them and they stopped messaging me back after I sent proof the battery case didn’t work.

I had two separate orders. I received one but didn’t receive the other. I emailed them and DAWN was terrible. She didn’t bother helping. All she kept saying was how the tracking says I received it, and to contact the post office. I did, post office says they don’t have it, so I contacted her again and she continued to tell me that she can’t do anything because it says delivered.

2. The case I received barely holds a charge and doesn’t even charge my phone fully. This company is a huge joke. Do not buy from here. Please do yourselves the favor and get quality cases. You’ll save yourself the trouble from this terrible company.

This company is awful. I received my items, though it took more like two weeks. I ordered the wrong size laptop case and thought I would have a normal grace period of a month to return it. I got around to starting the return process only a week after I received it, and it turns out you have to initiate an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Completely bull in today’s online shopping world to have such a horrible exchange/return period. Especially since I did not open or use the product. And now, the charging case that worked great for three weeks and is now no longer holding a charge. This company is absolute trash and I want to let everyone in the world know about it. AVOID. I should have googled it first. Never again.

Product never arrived: expensive mother's day gift. Contacted their email, at first they told me "you need to wait longer" then they stopped replying to my emails. Tracking number goes Canada DHL international (not even being shipped with tracking to Australia) then disappears. Ruined mother's day, waste of my money with no refund or apology,

Ordered the rechargeable phone case and for the first week it seemed to work well. But 4 weeks later it’s A no go. I have remove the phone to charge The battery pack is not working. So sad as I loved the marble look and the first week was great. 😢

Asked for a refund and they won’t respond to my emails, they also blocked me on there social media. What kinda company does that?

I sent my case back almost a month ago because it wasn’t what i expected so i sent it back with the address they gave me and i know it arrived because i tracked it. This was a month ago and still haven’t received my money back. THIS IS A SCAM.

Can you give no stars? Worst company ever. AVOID AVOID. Daughter ordered a charging pack in May, now August and still not here. She emailed and asked where it was they said it was sent, gave out a false tracking number for DHL. $50 gone on a scam. Please do not buy anything of these people.

Case stopped charging in less than a week- company refuses to fix the problem because it didn’t happen within 8 hours- seriously?! Worst customer service ever!!!

I’m beyond upset because I’ve wasted over 50 bucks on an order that I still haven’t received . Well here’s the deal, it was a mother’s day promo and I decided to get it for my mom and that was FROM THE 15th!!!!! Of May!!!! Couple days from now it will be AUGUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a scam !!! I could’ve used my money for something damn beneficial and if this continues with other persons, I promise you that your business is gonna be shut down that and I will PERSONALLY ENSURE THAT HAPPEN!!!!

If I could give a less than one star I would. Send me the ugliest case that looked nothing like the picture. I sent it back on june8th after emailing them and making certain I followed all of their instructions . I have yet to receive my refund or response from them 2 months later!
