Bought a battery charging case and with my phone in the case I could never charge my phone or the case! One time it charged 19% and that was it. When I wrote to them they wanted me to send them a video of the case on my phone trying to work it. I asked them how I could take a video of the case if my phone was in it?! No help offered at all. So I lost $50 and lesson learned to never do business with this lemon of a company ever again!

THIS PRODUCT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. I paid 50 bucks for my case and it charges my phone maybe for thirty minutes if I am lucky after charging all night. It makes my phone incredibly hot and it will not charge my phone is if I plug the case in with my phone it in. Also I bought a privacy screen protector from them and all it did was make the words on my screen fuzzy and hard to read. AWFUL PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY

Do not buy from this site!! My friend and I bought 2 cases and never received them and we spent 50 AUD each. We contacted them time and time again and they said it should be coming, they never came. No refund was given either.
They were definitely not helpful with their responses either, in the end they stopped replying so my friend and I dropped the situation and did not bother to email anymore, as we knew it was pointless.

Terrible experience with this! I got the case and it work for a solid 2 days before it stopped holding a charge and even working on my phone. I emailed them asking just to get a new case and the person argued with me saying im not using it properly and then ended up ignoring me then never answering back. 70 ish dollars down the drain too

It’s a complete scam! I received my battery phone case and it doesn’t charge at all. I even charged it fully. It lights up when you power it on and then the lights go off but it doesn’t do anything. I’ve contacted them several times and they’re ignoring me. They delete my comments on social media and they blocked me as well. Seems like everyone else here has had the same issue with Luxy Lemon. Most of their good reviews are fake and their followers on Instagram are paid for. I’ll have to dispute it with my bank now and file a BBB complaint.

I finally decided to splurge on a nice charging case for myself, I normally am a $10 or less amazon case type of girl. So when I spent $45 on one of Luxy lemons cases I was super excited to get it. I received it and the piece to plug your phone into the case was unfortunately broken off so it was not able to be used. I emailed their customer service and within hours (on a weekend) Dawn from their company had emailed me back and had a replacement case on the way. I received it a few days later and it works perfectly! I’ve charged it a couple times using the case and haven’t found any issues so far! Great customer service and a great case. They also did not make me send back the old case so the replacement cost me nothing. I’ve seen a lot of poor reviews and just wanted to make sure my good experience was documented!

We had 2 cases and both broke we only got one new one me back and that new also didn’t work. Very poor quality.

I had bought 2 cases june of 2019. I had tried 17 emails, 10 voicemails with out a answer of any contact back. They had some problems and still within the warranty. I then bought marble power case 3 weeks ago. I had a question about it. No one answered the emails nor the voicemails. I had questions and the decided to just cancel my order. This company really is not worth the money to purchase a case. By pass them all together.

I ordered a case from this website, when I got it, it was the wrong size Xs instead of Xr. So i sent it back for an exchange. As soon as the package was at the facility they stopped answering my emails, dm on instagram and i even tried to call. They never sent the case back. I spent 30$ on shipping to get an exchange. I bought a case for my boyfriend before all of this and it broke in the first week, they sent me a new one because they said they want to show good quality for cases. Maybe they should work on the customer loyalty too...

Just like everyone else is posting, I ordered a Luxy Lemon PHONE CHARGING case, and it does not work. LIterally may charge my phone for 5 minutes then stops. Even after charging the case seperately overnight. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT is Crap!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered in July 2019 and never received my charging case. No response from them whatsoever! Do not buy from Luxy Lemon!!

Purchased the charging case. The bottom part of the charger broke off...thankfully it was not stuck in my phone! Broke immediately and not because I was not careful! Tried to return...NO RESPONSE!

I ordered a phone case nearly three months ago - my phone case has not been delivered - the tracking displays this that it is “still in transit” after three months since ordering and the customer service team are useless - they will not provide a refund or a replacement case despite admitting the case was not delivered - avoid at all costs - this is a scam site who steal your money

Worst customer service ever! I got the phone case within 2 weeks it stoppped working I’ve tried to contact them numerously and they haven’t even replied once !!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! They are scammers they will take your money and the items do not work. I recently bought a phone charger and when I used it, it over heated my phone. Then when I tried to email them they never responded to me. In fact they blocked me from all social media because I was trying to comment on how bad they were. Please do not waste your hard working money on them

I am so disappointed by this product .After having it for only a short time i saw the buttons are pressed out and about to fall off due to being held in only by a cheap ,thin lining of cardboard !!!I would like a replacement or refund please.If only i can post a picture of how the buttons are held in by cardboard here.

i got this case in November of 2019 charger port is broke already it is HORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE will not answer phone or return e mails wast of $60 this must be a scam
