I had ordered a case and screen protector back in 2019, BOTH showed up broken and cracked. I reached out to the company numerous times and never received an answer. I then went to complain on their actual page and social media page and also left the horrible review. They then proceeded to delete my bad reviews and block me. Such an UNPROFESSIONAL company. Never spending my money there again. Total scams and ripoffs.

I bought a phone case hasn’t arrived yet !!
I contacted the customer service so many times but they doesn’t reply all.

Add to the list of unhappy customers. Purchased the Black Ultra Battery Power Phone Case 4/25/20. The case failed 8/20/20. The case accepted a charge, LEDs showed a charge. When I press/hold the switch to start charging the phone, 4 lights come on, then the lights go out after a few seconds and the phone charge stays at 90%, 60% or 30%. I contacted Luxylemon, received the initial, sorry to hear your having problems email from them. I was asked to send them pictures of the case, I compiled. Then they went dark, repeated attempts to contact Luxylemon, elicited no response. I just wanted to find out what the problem was. CRAPPY customer service.

Scammed

I bought an item from this company, but I have not received the product (charging case).
I wrote them an email, which they did not reply to.
I then wrote them a message, which they haven't replied to either.
I then commented on their posts on Instagram, as they do seem to have time to do that.
Then, they blocked me and the problem was solved in their eyes.

NEVER AGAIN

Terrible customer service. Products Are pretty but dont last. Mine stopped charging after 3 weeks and I sent 11 messages on their cust service site-NO RESPONSE
Better to head to Amazon

They are awful. The charger worked for 3 days. I notified them immediately and they wanted me to video how the charger was not working for proof. Still no refund!

Do not waste your money

My case is fully charged and yet it keeps shutting off! I dropped my phone off my bed which isn’t that high and the screen shattered!! It also glitches my phone! It doesn’t glitch when I have the case off!! Do not buy!

Had the case for two months and loved it. All of the sudden it no longer works. They ignore all emails. Don't buy - they are terrible for customer support.

***DO NOT PURCHASE**I purchased the charging case May 24th. I haven't even had the case for more than two months and it has already broken. I followed the directions regarding safely removing the case/cleaning the phone and this still happened. The charging port broke off into my i-phone and is now stuck inside of my i-phone. I am unable to charge my phone due to this and will have to get my phone repaired at the apple store. This is a huge inconvenience and based on the reviews I am reading on other sites about their product, I can see that this isn't the first time this has happened to a customer. Their website doesn't allow you to leave reviews either! I emailed them and called and they haven't responded. Do not buy!!

Would rate no stars if I could had mine for 3 days and at first I thought it didn’t work cuz it needed to be charged! Nope! Charged over night and still doesn’t charge it turns on but stops working after a second ☹️

I ordered 2 cases. One for me. One for my daughter. Mine came pretty banged up. I contacted Lucy Lemon and before the end of business the next day I had a new case in the mail. Beyond happy with their customer service. Excited to use the case too!

Ordered a case over 4th of July weekend and bought a case from them for 20% off. Still have not received an email a about where the hell the case is it and have not received a shipping or tracking number. Total scam. Never wasting money on them again.

I had the case maybe 1 month. Followed directions to remove case safely to clean phone. The charger from the case literally broke off into my phone. Their customer service is terrible. They have no guarantee and won't respond. Also very pricey. Fortunately, my phone still charges. Also, you can't add review to their site. I'm guessing all of the 5 star reviews are fake. Avoid like the plague or just drop $54 in the garbage can.

I received my charging phone case! It was precharged so I followed the introduction on how to slide the phone in, pressed the button and it didn’t charge my phone. Went to investigate to see what I did wrong. I did nothing wrong. Went to YouTube only to see videos and comments advising my to buy. I guess I was too excited to buy a phone case that is cute charges my phone and protects it at the same time that I didn’t check reviews on this company like I usually do. How stupid was I!

I started out with high hopes for my battery phone case. It is a great concept. But mine broke within the week. When I tried contacting Luxy Lemon I was ignored. The same happened to my sister. They have poor products and extremely poor customer service. They seem to only talk to you if you give a high rating. Would never buy from them again or not will I recommend them to anyone.

I literally had this case for less than a week and it stopped working. Not only that but they told be because it is opened I can’t return it and that they have the right or refuse or exchange any product. You are also responsible for your own shipping costs. 🤬

If I could give this zero stars I would! Ordered a phone case, contacted them after 2 months of not receiving it with no shipping updates. No email response from them. After another month I was fed up and asked for my money back, no reply from them, I wasn’t seeing that money. THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL! They got me my money back and this company were petty enough to block me on Instagram....lol! Absolutely disgusting business with no service.

This company is horrible! They sent me a case that was very pretty, but it had a bubble in it and it was defective. I mailed the package back with tracking, but they still said they never received it. Their customer service is also horrible. They do not return emails. Buyer beware!
