Great customer service, email replies are professional, prompt and detailed. I love LP! Their host & customer service team are top notch for an international company. Isabel in the US is an amazing representative of great customer service!

Purchased a Birkin for the first time via this company and many many days later, no update what so ever and no bag. When I finally reached out to track my order, I was advised the item was already sold out. I am disappointed as I could have bought the same bag from my regular supplier which is now sold out too.
Very disappointed and I don’t think I will use them again…

Response to comment about communication
Upon completing my transaction, I expected to receive timely updates concerning the status of my order. However, I regret to report that no such communication was forthcoming until I initiated contact several days later to inquire about the status of my purchase. It was only at this juncture that I was informed of the unfortunate circumstance that the item had been sold out and given.
Effective communication with customers and honesty when replying to feedbacks are the cornerstone of an excellent customer experience and is pivotal in building and maintaining trust and satisfaction. It is, therefore, my earnest constructive suggestion that systems be put in place to ensure customers are promptly and proactively informed about any changes in the status of their orders so they can make an informed decision if they would wait for you to find a like to like or not. Such a measure would enhance transparency and improve the overall consumer experience.

Unfortunately, the item sold out on our supplier’s side before we were able to secure it. During that time, our team was actively searching our wider network for a like-for-like alternative, but regrettably we were unable to source the same piece. We did reach out via email to update you once this was confirmed and also shared the details of our personal shopper to assist you further.

Not impressed with the service received…
Not impressed with the service received so far…when spending £0000’s you expect a better service. Radio silence, zero updates and complete lack of information on where items are being shipped from on their site.
It’s been 6 days since purchase, and a paid for ‘express’ delivery - no updates & only notified an item is coming from USA from the shipping company, not from LP - if known I wouldn’t have purchased.
The other item coming from London, and still zero updates or communication on delivery date.
What is going on LP.? This is clearly not good customer service or engagement practice and as a bare minimum customers should know where their items are coming from and should be provided some form of communication within 6 days of purchase-especially when spending thousands of pounds. It makes for a very nervous purchasing experience, which is not ideal at all. I’m hoping this is resolved soon.

One of your items is shipping from the USA, which is subject to an estimated 7-10 working day international transit timeframe. Once the item arrives in the UK and is dispatched domestically, you will receive an updated tracking link reflecting the final leg of delivery.
We can confirm your other item was located in London. Due to the festive period, we are currently experiencing a very high volume of orders, which has caused some slight delays in dispatch. That said, I’m pleased to let you know that your order is now scheduled to be delivered to your home address today. You will receive confirmation and tracking details to confirm this action.

I’m so pleased for the overall experience in LP, Lisa has been extremely helpful in helping me securing my dream bag🥰 I’d also love to have a vintage kelly bag made in my birth year! It only takes less than a week for the bag to arrive from their Japan warehouse which is insane and I am able to collect in time for Christmas, can’t recommend more!

I’ve only just started watching and buying from LP since October but I’m so addicted now! Everything I have bought from them is top notch quality from the jewelry, purses, home goods, and ready to wear items. Sabrina and her whole team (Samia, Lema, Joshua, Devon, Daria, Grace, Sophie, Viv, Trudi, Yen, and Lisa) work so hard day in and day out to make sure you get what you are looking for at the best price point possible. I love watching the live shows as they are so entertaining but also so genuine in their interaction with us too. I have not been disappointed in any single thing that I have purchased. Gold Dore dreams come true - thanks Sabrina
I had been after a gold dore bag for so long and harassing the team about how much I wanted it. Sabrina made my dreams come true and made the bag at a price that worked for me. She gave a great price to a few customers and it is lovely to see the clientele looked after. It came brand new in box, delivery was super fast from Japan. Vivian was fun to deal with, as ever, and is an absolute gem.

I absolutely love the Japan shows
I absolutely love the Japan shows! Having access to the stock on the live shows is amazing — the variety is incredible, from vintage Chanel and Hermès bags to beautiful fine jewellery pieces. Being able to buy with customs already covered makes the whole shopping experience so easy and stress-free, and it gives me complete reassurance when purchasing. I have had many dealings with different…
I have had many dealings with different members from LP team. Recently Joshua did a jewellery show from Japan and I was impressed with his interaction with the customers. He was attentive and so patient with all the questions.I did not feel rushed and I feel he should do more of these shows.
Yen is fantastic and has really been so helpful with my buys, answering all my queries and not pushy at all.
The London team are also very approachable and kind.
Sabrina Sadiq has invested in a good team and I wish them more success!
