Luton 247 Airport Parking Arvostelua 

1.5 stars for a reason. Used meet & greet. This included entering return flight details and time. I was also given instructions to make a phone call on arrival. Even after doing all these things I was left waiting over an hour once getting to the car park

I would give no stars if I could. When I left my car with them, there were a number of £1, £2 and smaller denomination coins in the console organiser which I use for parking, supermarket trollies, etc. I did not expect most of it not to be there when I picked up the car. There was a small dent in one of the wheel arch trims which was not there when I dropped the car off. I have contacted the company several times and requested the photographs they are supposed to take upon drop off and these have not been forthcoming. There is no response to my emails. I am now taking this up with the relevant trading standards organisation.

I parked my car car with Luton 247 Airport Parking in July, 2023. Car was scratched during parking with them. Same day I received a car I wrote them request for recovery. Already 16 days like I receive no any replies. Over the telephone they said that replied, than that they will check and send answer. Absolutely Irresponsible company. Do not use them!

We were left for 45 minutes in the freezing cold at midnight when we had been told under 15 mins. After my first call to chase them up, they did not pick up. I would not recommend, and now I’ve read other reviews, I’d say avoid at all costs!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used my car whilst I was abroad and received a penalty notice. I tried contacting several times but they did not even respond. Disgusting.

Very efficient service. Easy drop off and pick with friendly staff. Car was as I had left it, only 5 miles added to clock so clearly only parked up and brought back. Would use again.

Our car was involved in a car accident between the meet and greet driver and a 3rd party. It has taken 26 days to recover the car after the accident as Luton 247 have been uncontactable. Our car has been recovered by our insurance company and the car radio and car seats are missing from the car. I am totally disgusted with how we have been treated and hope no one uses this company again. It totally ruined our family holiday

The worst company to book with avoid at all cost they are a rip off, I booked online and then had a call to confirm flight times, when I got to the airport to drop off car no one from the company was there to meet us ! Instead I had to keep calling them and then they told me to leave the car with another company ! Who refused to take any pictures of the car as it wasnt there company !!! Reluctanlty I had to leave the car as I was late for my flight. On my return they charged me even more money claiming that I was late to pick the car up ! And as I had no check in documents for them I had no choice but to give them the money in order for them to give me my keys!!! Avoid this company

The actual drop off and collect worked like clockwork and so quite good. Except we did not see any reference when we booked this meet and greet that we would have to pay £4.00 for a ticket to leave the car park. Booking publicity spoke about "chauffeurs in uniforms"- no uniforms just scruffy padded hooded anoraks, no pleasant greeting or a "hello". Very difficult to understand accent and poor use of English - especially on the telephone when checking in and later to collect. And having left the car I didn't expect to receive a call 5 minutes later asking how to start my car. It's an automatic and I had to explain that brake pedal needed depressing. Surely!? Not great!

Excellent value, Courteous Staff

Excellent service when you parked my car recently. On both occasions - leaving the car and collecting it at the end of the week everything was ready - no delays at all and the car had been well looked after.

Abissmal customer service. Admitted fault for damaing my vehicle, then refused to action this further. Complete cowboys. Avoid like the proverbial plague.
